My goodness, I am so excited to put a review. I live in Tampa, FL but my mother in law lives in Johns Creek, GA. With all that’s happening with Covid we needed a florist that would make a bouquet to fill my mom-n-law w/ so much happiness, love and it must be unique, to fit her personality. The original online item we selected was missing the ONE KEY thing we wanted (due to the Covid virus affecting deliveries they were out). I received a call from the florist letting me know they searched high and low but would make an arrangement for us. She texted me a photo that I agreed to it was beautiful but it didn’t have the same WOW factor as the original. I texted her back with a few details about my mom n law and MY LORD they nailed it! I live in New Jersey and wanted to send my mother-in-law flowers in Johns Creek. She is going thru cancer treatment and I really needed something lovely delivered to her immediately. As I was on Love Flowers website, Grace popped up in a "Chat" box and I was able to communicate directly with her in live time. I decided to call her directly and she assisted me with the kind of floral arrangement to buy. I also wanted a note hand-written on a card (not a typed piece of paper stapled to the cellophane wrap) so she gave me her personal email and allowed me to send her the words I wanted on the card.
