I hope this message finds you well. I recently visited your establishment, a place I've considered a reputable chain for breakfast, and I felt compelled to share my experience regarding the restroom facilities.

During my visit, I was dismayed to find that both stalls in the restroom were in a rather unsanitary condition, with unflushed toilets and overall untidiness. I brought this matter to the attention of my server, Juan, who assured me he would inform the manager about the need for immediate cleaning and maintenance.

Regrettably, my subsequent visit was met with the same issue. The restrooms were still unclean, with an unfortunate presence of waste and a wet floor. This lack of improvement left me disheartened, as it indicated a disregard for the hygiene and comfort of your patrons.

Furthermore, the men's restroom was in no better state, even when my son-in-law accommodate a toddler girl since the Women’s stall was filthy. This raised concerns about the overall commitment to maintaining a clean and inviting environment.

It's distressing to consider the possibility of restroom conditions potentially affecting the hygiene practices of your kitchen staff. The thought of unclean facilities being a part of the journey between food preparation and service is truly disconcerting.

I want to emphasize that my intention in reaching out is not to criticize, but rather to express my genuine disappointment. As a loyal customer, I believe in the potential of your establishment to provide both excellent cuisine and a pleasant dining experience. However, the recurring issue with restroom cleanliness undermines this belief.

In light of these experiences, I feel compelled to share my disappointment with friends, family, and fellow diners. It is my hope that such a well-regarded chain can prioritize cleanliness and maintain the standards that loyal patrons have come to expect.

Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I hope that this message serves as a constructive reminder of the importance of maintaining a clean and inviting environment for all who visit...

I use to frequent this place but for some reason the last few times were ridiculously bad. I did orders to go over the phone, never got any of the butter, no powder sugar on my waffle, no syrup, no utensils. Well my last straw which is the reason I'll never return, I went inside this particular time I went inside, I placed my order, and since I've experienced not once but twice, then not giving the condiments and utensils, I specified "please make sure it has everything that goes with the breakfast, syrup, powder sugar, butter etc" welp we sat there for about 25min. I then noticed a bag came out but was sat on a stand near the wall. I didn't think anything of it. So we're still waiting another 20min after that. Then this really tall girl comes and brings the bag, I said um I noticed that bag sitting there for a long while already, she said I didn't know they brought the food out, I'm like instantly pissed because as we're talking I don't see anything, no butter, no syrup, no powder sugar, no utensils like I specifically asked for in person while ordering. So she looks mad I asked for those items, goes to get them, I'm not sure if she got sidetracked or forgot, but at that point it took her about 5 to 8 min before bringing it back. Now I'm like our already cold food is even colder, so I say ma'am I don't like my waffles cold can I get just the waffles, not even the whole meal, but just the waffles remade...she grabs the whole bag angrily and stumps to the back and my son and I saw her throwing everything in the trash with so much force and aggression...I was pissed to see that just because I wanted waffles remade you throw everything away, wow... I'm not waiting another 30-40min again, mind you, there were only like 5 people there eating, so it wasn't close to busy. Anyway, at this point I asked the hostess for the manager...manager comes out, I explained to him what happened, and he issued me a refund, no apology on behalf of his staffs behavior, I'm sure she didn't get written up or anything. He almost didn't care. I'll never return...

This is the first time we've gone out for Easter brunch. Usually I do brunch myself, but we just returned to town after burying my grandfather. I called on Saturday to ask about reservations and was told that there was a wait list online and that I could make it for 12 people. We were only 8 people but when we went to get on the list, it said to call to see if there's room. When we called this morning, they said they could only do 2 tables of 4. If I knew that, I would have looked somewhere else but it was too late. When we got there I explained my conversation from yesterday and all they said was I was told wrong and the only place they can put us together is outside because inside is only 7 at a table. When I explained it was only one extra person inside they said no. So, outside we went. They took our orders a few minutes later. When the food came, they brought out 2 dishes at a time, and because it was a little chilly outside we didn't want anyone's food to get cold, so whomever got their food began to eat. As more food came out, it was incorrect. The wrong order had no tomatoes and the others had the wrong side. Each of us ate in pairs because everyone got their food at a different time. Then, they completely forgot my husband's food. We asked where it was and they didn't know. It turns out that the kitchen totally forgot to make it. The rest of us were already done, or as done as we could be because all of our food got cold in less than 10 minutes. My husband asked for his food in a box as they brought it over because the rest of us were finished. He proceeded to ask for a manager who came over and just said sorry they were doing their best. They took my husband's food off the bill but that was it. Orders were wrong or not served, food got cold, employees gave out incorrect information over the phone and they did nothing else for us. It definitely was not a Happy Easter for us because we left annoyed and my husband was not only annoyed, but hungry. If this was their best, I won't be back...

Breakfast at this bustling neighborhood spot proved to be both satisfying and lively, though not without a few trade-offs. The kitchen turns out dishes with a clear eye toward health and balance. The Tri-Athlete omelet--egg whites folded with house-roasted cremini mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, and green chilies--was executed cleanly and presented with whole-grain artisan toast, fresh fruit, and a bright pico de gallo. It struck exactly the right note of flavor without excess, leaving one feeling light yet fulfilled. My husband mirrored my choice, while my son opted for the pesto-topped Power Bowl, a smart, hearty alternative. The fall menu, dotted with shareables, entrées, and cocktails, offers an appealing seasonal expansion. A small disappointment: the "Million Dollar Bacon" came with a maple syrup drizzle, which, for purists who prefer savory bacon unadorned, may be a misstep. The Service: was attentive and genuinely warm--staff moved quickly despite the morning rush, and our server handled the crowd with ease and cheer. It's clear that hospitality is a point of pride here. The Ambience: the weakest link in the experience is the ambience. The dining room, while welcoming, suffers from its popularity: noise carries, conversations overlap, and the effect can feel more cafeteria than café. For diners seeking leisurely conversation, this setting may frustrate; for families, it fits the lively brunch bill perfectly. Parking is ample in theory but strained in practice, with an LA Fitness sharing the lot and drawing a steady flow of traffic. This is a restaurant that excels at hearty, health-minded breakfasts served with genuine friendliness. The food delivers balance and flavor, though the ambience requires a tolerance for clamor. Come here for energy, not intimacy. Great pricing for the portions offered

I visited this establishment for the 1st time a couple of weeks ago. My 1st experience with this company was 3 years ago in Kansas City, Missouri. I've also visited the restaurant in Decatur, but whom would have known that on this particular occasion that I would be SERVED BY THE WAITRESS FROM HELL. To be lied to , to have to wait for my breakfast a whole hour after I had been seated, to be ignored and treated like I HAD THE PLAGUE WAS VERY UNACCEPTABLE. Luckily the Mgr knew when I came in the door for service because when I requested his attention at my table he was very discerned by feelings the waitress had placed in my heart. He IMMEDIATELY RECONCILED THE SITUATION AND WANTED TO HAVE ME TO COME BACK BY GIVING ME A GIFT CARD AND COVERING MY BREAKFAST THAT MID MORNING. BECAUSE OF HIS QUICK RESPONSE TO A MISTREATED 1ST TIME CUSTOMER, I RETURNED THE FOLLOWING WEEK AND I RECEIVED IMPECCABLE SERVICE FROM HIM AND HIS SERVER ANNA. THANKS SO MUCH JOHNATHAN FOR BEING A GREAT MGR AND TRULY PAYING ATTENTION TO THE CONSUMERS THAT COME INTO YOUR ESTABLISHMENT FOR SERVICES.

This place was amazing! I had the vegan superfruit bowl and the toast with almond butter and it was absolutely delicious. Really fresh and filling and not too expensive for the quality and portions you're getting. The interior of the restaurant is an upscale shabby chic sort of vibe, just fancy enough to make it perfect for a nice brunch or a date. Seating was fairly plentiful, and the place has a very relaxed atmosphere for an early morning meal. When we went they were understaffed and there was a bit of a wait before we were seated at around 6:30 in the morning, but that didn't impact the time it took to get our food, and the quality was, like I said, amazing. I'll definitely be going back soon!
