Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Johnson City

Tonight in Jc - I went to the mall specifically for pretzel bites . Started off as a joyous time until I went to the window to order ; the young teen you have working there looked un clean And a very unpleasant attitude ! I Asked her if the bites are fresh she said yes even tho they looked hard and dried up she made up some long story why they looked awful ; i said ok and still purchased a almost 6$ cup - took them to the table and you couldn't chew them it was like concrete - and tasted awful like they sat in a window for a year !! Went back handed me another dried up cup -- finally got them to make me a fresh cup .. yep that was like pulling teeth to have them do that !!!!! But the biggest issue was the workers had their friends standing there for over a hour !!!!! Talking & yelling and cussing I am a paying customer so I said something to them . The friends started cussing at me and the worker friend did the same ... her boss I'm guessing stood there and did nothing ..... and oh it took me 25 mins standing there getting my bites ...

My advice is don't hire little...

Absolutely horrible service I went to the mall specifically wanting some pretzel dogs bc I hadn’t eaten anything and walked up to the counter and a very lazy hateful employee said “are you wanting to order something” and I was like why would I be standing there but I didn’t say that anyways the mall closed at 9 and it was 8:13 and she said we are closed so I went back to my grandmother and said there closed and so she went over there And my grandma said “are yall closed the mall doesn’t close till 9” and she sighed rolled her eyes and walked back to get her boss and she stomped out and said “do yall need something” in a hateful way and my grandma said the same thing and the worker we are closed in a hateful way so i didn’t even get my pretzel bites i wanted and...

I give two stars because of the fact that the second employee fixed the situation. However it played out like this. I asked for a strawberry frozen mixer and was told the price on the board was wrong and that I'd have to pay for a strawberry frost when I didn't want whipped cream, etc. The young brunette female with long curly hair and a ponytail was extremely rude, giving dirty looks and refused to fix the price. I get it's only $1 but if prices changed fix them on the board. Also, since I was specific about what I wanted it shouldn't have been an issue...
