Pal's Sudden Service — Restaurant in Johnson City

I never write bad reviews but it’s kind of hard to ignore the terrible service when you’ve worked for this company before. This company runs on good food and even better service and that is the complete opposite of what happened at the mall Pals. I went last night and I ordered a Toasted Cheese no lettuce add bacon, a large frenchie fry with extra salt, a peachie tea, and a peanut butter, (because you can’t get those at the drive thru locations). The girl at the register rolled her eyes when I asked for extra salt on my fries, and when I ordered the peanut butter, she said that the machine was already washed and they wouldn’t make us one. (This should never happen, and everything should be available until close.) The girl takes the next persons order and I notice that the fry timer had gone off, meaning that the fries had died. The people behind me ordered fries, so we both got dead fries, that had been sitting for 3 minutes after the 5 minute timer had gone off. I also received fries that did not have the extra salt I ordered. (The girl who rolled her eyes made them.) I get my food and I go to sit down, and I see that my Toasted Cheese did not have bacon on it like I ordered, so my boyfriend takes it back to ask them to fix it, and the girl once again rolls her eyes, and gives me 2 pieces of bacon in a bowl. To be honest, I wasn’t upset about the quality of the food, which was not great to be honest, but I was more upset with the attitude of the girl at the counter, rolling her eyes when I asked for extra salt and then purposely not giving me the extra salt, her attitude when I asked for a peanut butter and she rudely said “The machine is clean we aren’t making more”, and her attitude when I simply asked for the bacon I had ordered in my sandwich. I know what Pals standard is supposed to be and I guess that’s why it bothers me so much, but that service was not it. Nothing in that store was done correctly and I would be ashamed to be associated with them. This...

So the service at the Pal's in the food court is awful. I absolutely love pals and am usually very understanding but after waiting 10 minutes and watching 4 customers that ordered after me receive their food I asked for a refund so I could go elsewhere to eat. Olivia refused me a refund, gave me an attitude, and smirked at me while she explained that she just wasn't going to give me my money back. Anyways that is the worst service I've ever had at Pal's, and Olivia's customer service skills...

The girls name was grace she said. She had pigtail braids in. She was continuously touching and playing with her hair while she was waiting on our food to get done and not washing her hands. Then she made our fries again without washing her hands. I asked her to please stop touching her hair and she continued. The whole time not washing her hands. I’m a manager in fast food and I know that’s a big no no. I really didn’t appreciate that and I probably won’t be back to...
