I ordered three meals for dine in. When my wife and my brother sat down at a table and when our food order was brought up, they had the meals in a 'to go' bag. I told the cashier that I wanted the food for dine-in, and he turned and walked away I used to love Zaxb's, but the food has gone down in quality. The only reason I even went here again is that I had a coupon for a free meal. A few months back, I had bought a 10 piece meal to go. When I arrived home, my 11 years old granddaughter got out two pieces and sat down to eat. She took one bite and would not eat any more of it. I picked up a piece, and when I bit in, it tasted as if it had been cooked hours ago. I packed it back up and took it back. The manager refunded my money and offered a coupon for a free meal. I told her she didn't have to, but okay. The coupon has been in the console of our vehicle for about three months. I happened to come across it and thought I'd give them one more chance. This time, the chicken was so so, but still doesn't have the crunchy taste I always knew Zaxby's for I will never return again. Placed an online order THREE HOURS in advance, arrived exactly on time, and still had to deal with an incompetent, careless staff that couldn’t be bothered to do their jobs. Instead of working, they were standing around joking, messing around, and giving me dirty looks while I stood by the designated online pickup shelf—where my food should have already been waiting.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but after nearly 20 minutes of standing there, I finally went to the counter to ask about my order, only to find out it had been sitting on the counter behind the register the whole time. No one cared enough to call out my name, place it in the right spot, or even acknowledge my presence. By the time I got my food, it was barely lukewarm—if I hadn’t spoken up, I would’ve never gotten it at all.

Read moreI haven’t only had one bad experience at this location, I have had multiple. I hesitated to post this, but this needs to be heard. The first bad experience I had was through the drive thru. When I pulled up to the window, the guy said that they were closed joking around, but very unprofessional. He accused us of taking an extra drink and he was cussing at the window with other co workers. We then opened up our food and our orders were completely wrong and there was no sauce like we asked for. My second experience was earlier today when I went into the restaurant to get a bite to eat. I stood and stood and stood there at the front for a good 10 minutes and nobody would take my order. I even was yelling at the employees behind the counter and waving my hands in the air to get their attention but they wouldn’t even budge.
