So it’s obvious that they’re manipulated over here at this Panda Express. I just speak with the Hispanic general manager, very unprofessional the fact that his cashier lied and stated that they ran out of beef from broccoli. This is the second time I come to this location and the food is not out not prepared. You have to order and wait while others are behind you because there is no food even to be cooked you have to it’s only cooked by order whether they’re just trying to save the product. I understand about food cost, but then you jeopardize a customer and has a high level of standard professionalism that the customers hold the panda to ! Also, I find it a very dissatisfied that I was not able to use my panda survey coupon with my purchase in my app that gave me another one in order for me to use because the survey coupon. I have to purchase something that I’m already getting a discount so you’re just having meadd to make a separate purchase in order for me to get that free item so me giving my feedback to kinda does nothing so that’s actually manipulation and false...

I asked for a sample of a new item which looked burnt to see if it only looks burnt or tasted burnt too. But that's not even the real issue. The server Karla H seems to be incompetent to the items she is serving. When asked she simply stated "vegetables but couldn't tell us which kind and then finally stated I don't know.
