The manager and another employee decided they were neonatologist for a day and thought they should tell me my baby is sick!!! 😡😡😡😡😡 Now mind you, my daughter has down syndrome so the fact that they decided to call her sick infuriated me and the manager was no help because she was cosigning the employee saying "oh look at her eyes, she looks tired, or like she's been crying for a long time or she's sick." She should be glad that I only told her "no, she's not, that's just how her eyes are. She has down syndrome." First of all I'm there shopping for clothes not for my daughter to be diagnosed by a woman working in retail! I told the manager after I finished shopping that I didn't appreciate their comments and that they were rude and out of line. She was lost for words and said they only were trying to say she was beautiful. Well I never heard them say that! I'm just so disappointed and upset because I really liked this store and shopped there regularly. There was an employee named Danyale who was very helpful and even called another Penny's to get me a shirt in a size smaller and had them hold it for me. I asked the sales associate Penny to apply coupon to my purchase but she insisted that the coupon wouldn’t work on the items I was purchasing. She didn’t even try to ring it, but I know for a fact that it would work because I used a similar coupon at another location at an earlier date. Due to me having already stood in line for close to 15 minutes, I didn’t care to argue with her over the coupon I just made my purchase but it will for sure be my last purchase at this JC Penny. I will give it 2 more years before this J.C. Penney is closed down. Online retailers are winning economically. Read moreThe hair salon is under extremely poor management. I recently went to get my hair done by appointment . I called to say that I was running about 10 minutes late, but arrived sooner. My stylist seems unnerved if I arrive 5 minutes late. But I sat for 1 hour before I was called in. IThere was no effort made my the manager to accommodate me. She asked me if I had any shopping to do . I said “no”. She has done this on previous appointments as well but this was the longest. I asked her if my stylist had taken someone else during my appointment. She said that she had not. Then then state “This is the Season.” There was No one waiting but me . My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 and I was called at 11:30. When I arrived, I saw my stylist. She had a client in the chair whom she was about to blow dry.
