Gigi's Cupcakes — Restaurant in Jonesboro

I ordered online 6 cupcakes I got there to pick up my order and the girl was nice and let me know that one I ordered was not avaliable and gave a good recommendation that I went with

But (I should have checked but I didn't even think about it)

But I got all the way home that is 1hr away....I open the box to see I have 4 of my cupcakes

So I called and spoke to someone who then promised they would call me back regarding the issue never called me back

Told me the next time I was in town I could get the 2 cupcakes When asking who I wojld need to speak to about the matter when that happened she didn't give me a name just took my name said she would tell the manager and then call me back which I still have yet to hear about it

Would have give 5 starts but this just doesn't seem like I will get resolution and be out the money for those items. Hopefully I...

I am not impressed with the quality of customer service I received at Gigi’s. I ordered a dozen of cupcakes for my office, and upon opening the box, I saw that several of the cupcakes were turned on their sides.

I called the store to see if I could receive a new dozen or a refund, but the woman who answered the phone explained that “she was a professional and would not have messed up my cupcakes.” and implied that it could only be my fault. While she did offer to replace my cupcakes, she wanted me to come right then, which I could not do because I was at work. She was not pleasant to interact with and seemed as if she did not want to help me...

Everything here looks beautiful. But always tastes old or stale. I’ve tried about 3 times now and just given up. I’ve tried a chocolate, strawberry type one, and I think the other was a lemon. All of them were bland, stale, and dry. The icing didn’t even have much flavor. Found out from an employee who quit a while back that the reason for that? They bake and freeze immediately. So nothing here is actually fresh, nothing. She said it’s even worse for specialty ones like sugar free or gluten free, apparently they just sit for days until they’re bought.
