McDonald's — Restaurant in Jonesboro

The worst mcdonalds in Jonesboro. Been ordering here for ten years. For the first five I'd say was one of the best mcdonalds I've ever ordered from. Since Covid it has become the worst experience to be apart of you could imagine anytime you try to order or do business. The workers are more concerned with arguing with you or denying selling you food rather than fixing concerns and making a better experience. I ordered breakfast on the mobile app at ten am this morning and sat inside till 11 waiting patiently as nobody was at the register and pandemonium in the kitchen. Then at 1105 told sorry, we stopped serving breakfast at 1030. Even tho my order was placed at ten and money taken from my account at ten at 1105 i was told because they forget to fill my order and their ac is out and bla bla bla my money would be refunded and I could order lunch but from another store because I was upset about my breakfast not being filled and the hour of my life wasted standing a hot mcdonalds lobby listening to workers complain and side step their job the whole time they didn't want to deal with me and would call cops if I didn't leave. This experience was so terrible I will never order from mcdonalds again. And it's so constant it'd be insane for me to keep going thinking it will get better. Sat in drive through for more than 5 mins before asking if I could place a order because no one ever said anything at the speaker someone finally speaks! With an attitude wait in line another 20-30 mins get COLD FOOD BAD SERVICE ask for it fresh as I didn't wait that long too get cold food come back hand me more food I drive off park bite into a fry TASTES LIKE STRAIGHT GREASE they put them back in the fryer and threw my fiances hamburger in the microwave it was discusting went inside and stood in there over ten minutes before I finally hollered at someone I need a refund because no one was coming too the front counter! I will never go back! The lady serving and who gave me the refund had a red shirt she was a manager said her name was Sherman or something horrible service and food! I would rate it a 0 if it gave the option! Never going back and wouldn't reccomend this place too a trash can!! I waisted an entire HOUR in all too get cold food twice and a refund! Had too argue the lady for a full refund because "I DIDNT BRIG BACK IN THE DRINKS" are you serious omg I sat in the drive through for 30 minutes or more and inside trying too get a refund for another 30...

Attitude.. is everything! Every time I come to this location I receive poor service. My daughter and I have to drive to the highland location when we want McDonald’s, which is a 6 minutes further a drive home just to have a better experience! There should never be any excuse, never, for a customer to not be greeted when they arrive. I waited 11 minutes sitting at the drive box for someone to respond to me. When I pulled up the window the lady asked me what happened or if I had a mobile order. I told her that I had waited a long time and nobody answered. She became defensive and argumentative. And explained that she was working both lines.. I told her I didn’t have a problem. I just wanted to order my food and I didn’t want to have an argument. I mean honestly I didn’t care lol. She goes explaining herself. And then takes my order.. Jesus Christ and then she continues to talk about the drive through. I don’t care lady! Stop arguing with the customers! And the customer doesn’t even care! That’s just bad service for no reason at all.. the wait time doesn’t even bother me.. it’s just poor attitudes and not being given a response 11 minutes at waiting at...
