Wendy's — Restaurant in Jonesboro

Wish I could give zero. Went through drive thru starting at 621p. I asked for 2 $5 biggie bags. The lady working register looked at me crazy when I handed her cash. It took several minutes for her to give me change. I then pulled forward to be asked to pull ahead due to nuggets not being ready. Heard a lady say 1 minute on nuggets. They pulled the truck which was behind me forward as well to a parking spot. After waiting 15 minutes that truck was brought their food. I was asked why I was waiting. I explained I was pulled forward before that truck, waiting for 2 $5 biggie bags. The lady left and returned in under a minute to explain that they didn’t even have my order showing. I asked for my refund on the 2 biggie meals as now I’ve been waiting for about 18 minutes on Wendy’s. I have a 4 month old in the back seat that I am turned around bottle feeding. The same lady who bumped me forward proceeds to my vehicle to ask me who took my order. I looked at her and said you did, right before that truck. She explained she only does drinks. I asked her why she pulled me forward and bumped my order the. And she explained she had never seen me. She was the only one working the window until she came outside as I continually watched. When she THREW my money in the truck, I was told have a great day as again, I am bottle feeding my son and I guess couldn’t turn quick enough to get the money from her. Will not be back to this location period as their customer service was horrible. Once home I looked at the receipt, they couldn’t even get that right as they refunded me for a spicy chicken combo and a biggie bag. These people have no idea...

Update: a year later location is still not renovated. The locations on Johnson and Southwest Drive have either been built as new or renovated. This location looks as it does well enough to warrant a complete rebuild. Other than that service is slower than the other locations and food quality is slightly above okay in the late evenings.

Original post: This location has not been modernized, the interior with the exception of the updated Coke freestyle machine is that of when Dave Thomas was still around. Can't give it stars because this was the worst service I've ever had. It took over 30 minutes to get our food out then had to wait for the last bit. And ends up some of the order was wrong. Workers standing around talking and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Soda machines were out we told them and nothing was done. Soda spills in front of trash cans and my grandson almost feel when throwing away the trash. But yet they were all standing around talking. Mgr was running around like crazy. We've never experienced this here before. My son, in law even called ohio to speak to a live person he was so very frustrated. Very disappointing and closet was open with chemicals...
