Day 1 on Nov 6th between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM
I understand short staffed. However I don’t understand having the customers inside be told to wait a min while the cashier walks off and stand and waits on food to be made and then he places it inside of the bag and hands it over to the person standing and waiting on him to do it just to walk back over hold his wait a minute finger up and go and wait on food again just to bag it and hand it to the person at the window standing and waiting on him to do it. Then here comes the wait a minute finger and the cycle keeps repeating.
Day 2 on Nov 7th between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM
We pulled up to the drive through and placed a huge order for 5 adults and 2 kids ages 3 and 5. And the lady at the window was awesome and I think she done a super job and she was very patient. So having the bad experience I did the night before I thought, we’ll maybe it was just a bad day for the other guys. So I’m thinking well this place isn’t so bad. Then I started pulling out and decided I wanted a shake. So instead of going back through the drive through I decided to walk in. And man I have never seen such rude employees. The cashiers was hateful to a elderly lady and should have been fired on the spot. And then the manager comes over and I’m thinking well I Bet the cashier stops being rude now. But lo and behold if the manager wasn’t just a rude. I’d love to have a job like I use to have with a major hotel chain. I was special operations manager and I traveled the US going from hotel to hotel the was failing and I would check in as a regular guest. I would spend a week observing what all I felt was wrong and I would remove the problems and replace it with what I felt was needed in order to make the hotel start profiting and then a few other things that I would do (can’t give away my secrets) but I would have the hotels making a huge profit Well I would love to do that again or I would love to go around places like this Mc D’S and find the problems and replace them. Or just send my input to someone else and allow them to take over. But anyways. As for the Mc D’S here. The lady taking the customers orders at the drive through was great. Keep her aboard. But as for the other employees that we mentioned. Well let’s just say that they would have been considered one of the problems that I would...
Read moreBoy have I got to tell you about their customer service! I'll try to make it short, ordered a Mcextreme Bacon Meal, sandwich came to me with no bacon, I took 2 bites before I realized this, I went in the store, I was still in their parking lot, and told them about no bacon. No apologies before the girl at the front took my sandwich and asked the guy to put bacon on it the way it was, a minute later guy says he can't touch the sandwich because it had already been bitten into, takes burnt bacon and puts it in a different container and hands my sandwich back to the girl. Vicki takes over at the register because I told them I wanted my money back because any other restaurant would have remade my sandwich with a new one because it was their fault ot begin with. Again, no apologies, and to top it off, they have no money in their drawer because they just switched drawers, again NO APOLOGIES, VICKI goes to the back, then comes back to the front, I ask to speak with the owner or whoever is in charge and tell VICKI how pathetic their customer service is, NO APOLOGIES AGAIN, VICKI says, "I get it, it get it" in a very hateful tone, brgotr the manager, Debbie took over. Before leaving the drawer to the manager, however, VICKI states that 'this customer is screaming and hollering at me", I replied, "You have no idea what screaming and hollering is, I'm just talking to you at this point". The manager, Debbie, apologiezes for the rest of the crew, offers to replace my sandwich and return the full amount of the order to me. At this point I just asked for a refund and that they take my sandwich back. The point is that if DEBBIE hadn't been there to make it right, it probably would have gotten ugly in there, NOBODY CARED except for Debbie, the only thing I have a problem with Debbie is the fact that she didn't make VICKI apologize to me, don;t think I'll be back NOTE- This location was at 506 Boones Creek Rd in Jonesborough, TN store...
Read moreWe walked into the dining area of this McDonalds in Jonesborough, Tenn. at 10:45 PM. We were treated very cold and unwelcome. When we inquired what time they close....figuring that was the reason for the attitude, we were told in fifteen min. So we told them we would order to go. The drive thru was going to continue to be open for another hour so we hoped this would smooth over the attitude we were getting but it didn't. The fries were perfect but they didn't fill the container completely up so a large fry ended up actually being a few fries more than a small fry. We ordered two fish fillets sandwiches. They both were cold. We had to wait until we got back to our home to microwave the sandwiches before we could eat them. Have you ever tried to eat a McDonalds fillet of fish sandwich cold through and through? We didn't receive a receipt. We asked for one but was told the register was out of register tape. Personally I think they were avoiding giving a receipt because they knew that the receipt has a survey offer on it. They were very aware of how they were treating us and knew it wasn't the normal for McDonalds and a manager would be angry about it. The guy at the register had a small pony tail in the back and the girl wore glasses. No one had name tags....we noticed. It was probably the worst experience we've ever had at a...
