Subway — Restaurant in Joshua Tree

The Arab lady was up front talking and did not care that I was in line waiting. The other employee was in the back and did not acknowledge that I was waiting to be helped. The Arab lady ran around the back and came to help me and asked me what I wanted. I immediately noticed that all of the food and vegetables were left uncovered to the flys while they were not working and bull crappin on the clock. She didn't even wash her hands and I had to leave because it made me feel sick what I witnessed. Nasty and unsanitary. I will go someplace else...

Jass served us and went above and beyond to ensure we had exactly what we wanted. She also offered to cut our subs in thirds and wrap them individually, knowing we were eating on the road. Such customer service! We are tourists and likely will never be this way again, but if we were locals, we would go to this Subway just to have Jass’ outstanding customer service. Thank you, Jass for taking the time to make our day more special! We hope your manager will recognize you and - if you are the manager - pat yourself...

There was mold on the vegetables last time i went a few months ago and they want 20 dollars for a sub. What happened to 5 dollar footlongs? It's not like billions of dollars per year in profit make it hard to keep that deal going when there's fact based evidence proving that there was no reason to stop the deal.
