KFC — Restaurant in Jupiter

Why did I go back? How could they be rated over 3 stars with so many negative reviews?? These thighs are tiny. It’s the size of the biscuit. 07/16/2025 is my last visit at this location. It’s not worth it !!! Below is my last experience. Never again !!

I swear these chickens are on Ozempic. Thighs were so small I can’t figure how those chickens walk!! Some people left reviews that the workers were not polite and friendly when taking an order. I’m glad this time I was not yelled at. I don’t ask for much. 😁 Update: (The chicken thighs were actually bigger this time. this location is priced higher about $1.50 compared to some other locations for the same 2 piece meal. French fries container is very small. The staff were very accommodating when I wanted to return the french fries. She added some more. I understand prices have gone up but the coleslaw and mashed potatoes containers have shrunk in half also.) Old review: The colonel would be upset. The chicken pieces have shrunk so have the side dishes. Side dishes are so small yet they can’t even fill it up. Why does this location have smaller chicken pieces? I would talk to your vendor. I love KFC since I was a little girl. But it’s getting more and more disappointing. Gravy is water down because customers are worried about the sodium or fat?? Don’t know 🕵️‍♀️. Biscuits are dry and don’t have enough butter. I’ve been to other locations that are delicious the old fashion way. This one is not...

I typically don't post complaints about bad service, but it HAS to stop! I have always loved KFC and I still do love the food. However, the customer service is horrible, particularly at this location! My husband and I stopped there on the way to Miami and the young lady who took our order wasnt rude per se but appeared not to have any education or training! It is up to the owners and managers to provide the customer service protocol that represents the KFC branding! There weren't any smiles, there wasn't the customary "Welcome to KFC, how may I help you"?. Certainly there wasn't a "Thank you for coming". People dont have to come to your place of business and if you are looking at your numbers, start with who is at the register! Make sure your associates are pleasant and know how to treat your customers! THIS should be your number one priority! I neglected to get her name, but the whole staff had a nonchalant attidude....
