I had an absolutely horrible experience. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger on the one side of the bun there was the so called bacon, soggy from grease, tiny pieces of bacon that looked like it came out of either the grease trap or the very bottom of a pre-made pan that had been sitting on the grill all day. It was absolutely inedible. I took one bite the bacon was hard as rock candy and the patties had been pre made so they could get their side work done (closing and cleaning the grill). 15 dollars! Come on guys! The last time I ate will be the LAST time. I came in around 9:30 30 minutes before closing and the staff got super angry that there was a line of 6 people wanting food. The restaurant is open until ten, close the front of the house when the last guest is finished with their meal. When I was a cook that ment you serve until ten not 9:30. This is unnaceptable and 5 guys will have to make it right before I ever step foot in 5 guys. Absolutely...
Read moreThis was my first Five Guys experience! The factor that stood out far and away was the excellent service received by the hostess and register operator (the same person), who knew her role very well and was glad to be there, as well as very pleased to see that I was a first-time customer. I had a double-cheese and fries. The burger was good for a fried fast food burger, with tasty, customizable ingredients made to order with decent vegetable accoutrement (the only downside is the "American" cheese). The fries were excellent, especially when served hot and fresh as they were. Overall a solid value, but get the small fries if you're interested in getting a more than sizable taste while not destroying...
Read moreWe have eaten there a few times this past month hoping the experience would get better but each time it’s a bit of a let down. The fries (while generous amounts) are just smothered in equally generous amount of salt...it’s too much. Love the extra amount they give as it really makes you feel like it’s a good value for the money but the salt is kinda killing it. The more important part though is the burger. Getting a double every time and each of the 3 times one of the patties is raw. Not like a little bit of pink but raw where I can throw it on a pan and finish cooking it. So hopefully management can have some tighter quality control on the little things cause otherwise it’s typically a...
