Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Kalispell

Man, I love this place. I feel like if I had stock in Chick-fil-a for every time I ate here, I would have over 150 shares at least, but I just haven't had a consistent experience at this chick-fil-a. I had a moment where I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru for just a spicy chicken biscuit one morning and was the only one in line. Another time I showed up right at 9pm in the drive thru, got behind a car in the drive thru and was next to order, until an employee told me they were closing and had me back out of the drive thru..the light was even green! I was so close to ordering! And had to dream of chick-fil-a French fries instead, but was caught off guard that they couldn't take one more person and then close the drive thru. Other times, they have forgotten pickle on a sandwich that my wife always requests, which has happened a couple times and must be a miscommunication in the drive thru, but is only worth reviewing because it costs extra to add and is a bummer when you don't have it, only realizing down the road. On the other hand, The quality of food is so good and I will continue to eat here and hope to see my review change to 5 stars, there have just been some moments where I had been frustrated, which honestly is possible out of...

First time ever in a Chick-fil-a. We had limited time but needed to sit down inside to eat as it was super cold and we didn't want to eat in the car. Did the app order inside. Place was amazingly clean and bathrooms were immaculate. The app said our order would arrive at our table in 6-14 minutes. I don't even think it was 5 minutes, delivered by a cool little robot. Food was hot and delicious. Husband and I are on a strict caloric diet and what drew us in was the app that had all the calories by everything, even the sauces and added up an entire meal. It's so great to be able to eat out and have the guesswork taken out of the calorie question. We had the grilled chicken nuggets, very juicy didn't even really need sauce. Mac-n-cheese, I've had better but not at a fast food chain and it was very good. Fruit cup was super fresh and not a mushy/old piece in the bunch. We will definitely be back. It was a bit pricey, but everything is getting that way. There was a steady stream of customers inside and out, especially in the drive thru and it was only 5pm. Just finished eating here and was blown away by it all. The restaurant is clean, nicely decorated and hopping with guests in the lobby. The staff could be seen cleaning tables from recently departed guests immediately. The condiments were fully stocked. The cashier who took my order was friendly and personable. Our meal was served to us, which I would consider above and beyond for “fast food”. My friend and I ordered two deluxe number 2 meals and absolutely were entranced by the perfection of flavors. The waffle fries were salted perfectly. The chicken was tender and juicy. The lettuce and tomatoes were crisp and fresh. Being from Coeur d’Alene, ID, my friend and I were blown away with the amount of high marks we saw here, given how our expectations aren’t very high for fast food joints generally. This was our first impression of the Chick Fil A fast food chain and we will certainly be visiting other locations again. I hope corporate knows how valuable their Kalispell location and team are when fulfilling the potential of what the chick Fil A brand potentially has to offer. This place did GREAT!...
