Boot Barn — Local services in Kalispell

12/26/2014 about 4pm store is smallish and on the pricy side. But my main issue is the bathrooms LOCKED. ok no big deal as there are sales people everywhere. BUT there is absolutely no signage on in or around the restroom area stating that they are locked and you need an employee to let you in. So as I hovered near by the door doing a potty dance for about 10 minutes whilst my daughter was trying on clothes. I finally just decided to use the mens restroom. LOCKED too. This is when I finally figured out that boot barn must keep the bathrooms locked. So i ask a near by sales lady to let me in. I ask about the no signage situation and her reply to me was and I quote. People do disgusting things in public restrooms. That may be true. After all it is a bathroom, But in no way addressed the no signage issue. And she was pretty snotty about my question. Like i should just know that its a locked door and why its locked. Wish i had gotten the lady who let me into the bathrooms name. So 1 shirt and 85 dollars later I finally get to pee. So far we have been in here twice this month and had good service. The first time was to buy my boys their first pair of cowboy boots, which I know nothing about. My youngest has very wide feet, so I was a little concerned that he wasn't going to be able to get a pair. But they both walked out happy campers.
