Starbucks — Restaurant in Kalispell

Hey Starbucks, so I went to the McDonald's near you and ordered a frappe in which I asked to get extra shots of espresso and was told that since this McDonald's has a location near you, they aren't allowed to do the extra shots like every other McDonald's. Greedy much Starbucks? I couldn't get extra espresso in my drink at another restaurant cuz they were simply near you. I want you to know how disgusting that is of you. Seriously????! From this alone, I will NEVER EVER purchase any item from you again. Put it this way, if I had to choose between expiring by starving, or eat/drink anything at Starbucks, I'd choose the first option happily. I cannot believe the audacity you have to not allow McDonald's to serve extra shots in their espresso cuz you are nearby. Get over yourself. You aren't even that good. I can think of 10 better places off the top of my head instantly, and one of them includes gas station coffee.

Oh and one more thing....TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER AS A COMPANY!! Yeah, we the customers see that, what you do. And I hope your business practices...

I ordered a drink online for drive though pickup, when we arrived the line was wrapped around the building. It had already been over 10 minutes and I was sent a notification on the app before we went that my order was ready for pickup. My husband went inside and asked if we could pick up our drive through mobile order in store since the drive though line was so long. The barista said that they haven’t even started the order yet so we waited. He sat in the store for 20 minutes and watched everyone coming in after him receive their drinks. Meanwhile it really slowed down in store and the drive through was cleared out. Finally a male worker asked if he had been helped so my husband explained the situation. Then they switched up and told him that someone else had taken our drink instead. So our drink had to be remade. It took over 33 minutes to get our drink in total. To top it off, when we did get the drink it was made wrong.....

See that half a cherry tomato sized tomato? That is all of the tomato in this aptly named Tomato & Mozzarella sandwich. I was pretty much eating Focaccia bread with a cheesy pesto spread. - It was the same disappointment I felt the last time I went and got a venti drink that was all ice. 5.25 plus a tip for a slurp of drink and a full cup of ice... On the flip side, I had a sip of coffee flavored water about every 30 min as the ice melted. A tip for you.... coffee flavored water isn't as good as coffee and just like other flavored waters - doesn't count as real water... maybe just hot beverages...
