I had the absolute pleasure of grabbing a bite from this food truck, and let me just say—this isn’t your average street food!

🍔 Smash Jalapeño Cream Cheese Burger: This burger was a whole experience. The smash patty was juicy and full of rich, grilled flavor. The real star, though, was that jalapeño cream cheese—it brought just the right amount of heat and creamy goodness. The peppers gave it the perfect kick without being overwhelming, and the cream cheese mellowed it out perfectly.

🍟 Loaded Bacon Fries: These fries are no joke. Crispy, golden, and generously loaded with gooey cheese and crispy bacon. Every bite had that perfect balance of salty, cheesy, and crunchy. Honestly, these fries could be a meal on their own.

🚚 Food Truck Vibes: Fast, friendly service and everything came out hot and fresh. Jaden ( I think that was his name) was super welcoming and clearly takes pride in what he does. It’s one of those trucks where you know you’re getting made-to-order, quality eats.

I came to town looking for something to satiate my appetite from a long day of traveling the continent. I was walking along the sidewalk and came across KTC’s Canyon Kitchen, and I can confidently say my life has been changed for the better. From the first customer service interaction, I knew that my experience would be delightful. Our food was prepared expeditiously. The first bite into the burger melted away into my mouth, as the Badger Burger had been prepared with the utmost attention to detail. I enjoyed the fries with my combo, and they did not even need condiments to compliment them, due to their tender texture and perfect amount of salt. Incredibly well executed smashburger. Thin, properly crispy patties, gooey American cheese, and an amazing sauce. Fries were perfectly cooked and well-seasoned as well. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive.

I got a burger and fries here, enjoyed it so much I came back for another. The staff member told me I tipped the first time so I was all set the second time.
