Thursday may 11th; 5:25pm. I’ve never spoke to such a petty manager.
I ordered on the self-order machine, wanted the 3.50$ bundle double cheeseburger and fries. It was a good price! Only I only wanted 1 patty (but two cheeses), so I selected “customize” and deducted 1 meat out of the 2. It was sent through the kitchen as “remove regular meat”. So when I unwrapped my burger, saw there was no meat at all, I simply told her that something was wrong. She said “you ordered wrong, we made it right, that’s on you”… but I was like… that’s not what I selected on the machine, but she kept saying it was impossible for me to deduct one meat… only I did! Anyway, I told her I paid for 2 meats, can’t you simply give me a patty? Gave me a look went to the back and asked her employee for a cheeseburger. Handed it to me and snarked “next time order a cheeseburger”.
I’ve worked at McDonald’s and I never took a customer “mistake” like that. Especially for something so futile, I didn’t ask for the moon LOL.
Bottomline; I don’t care about the patties… what I care about is the manager’s attitude towards customers. Clearly, if she hates her job, she should change. Maybe choose one where she doesn’t feed off stupid...
Read moreOne of the worst experiences ever. We were trying to order food in the dining room since we were towing our boat and couldn’t drive thru. The teenage workers decided to close the dining room 30 minutes early, so I had to get into my sister’s car and order food for our two families at once. Which meant our order was all in one bag. First, they gave us the wrong order. Then once we had rooted through it and realized it wasn’t ours they TOOK IT BACK AND GAVE IT TO THE RIGHT CUSTOMERS! Health code violation. We finally got the “right” order and I was checking inside the bag to make sure it was correct and we were rudely asked to move forward to check it. Of course the order was half wrong. I had to walk back up to the window and stand between a truck and the window to finally get someone’s attention to help me. I got yelled at, the never corrected the order and half my family ended up not even eating. Such a nightmare. McDonald’s, you got me again....
Read moreSo yesterday my girlfriend and her mom went to this store and got yelled at through the drive through while ordering coffee. Just coffee that’s it. Today, since every other coffee place is closed, we had to go back and it started out okay. While I was ordering coffee for my parents, I got yelled at that I was going to fast while ordering (I only ordered two hot coffees with cream and sugar and was going to order a frappe). The person taking my order switched three different times in the process and apparently their sausage and egg Busch it doesn’t come with cheese it costs extra to add (unlike ANY OTHER MCDONALDS). Lastly, when I went to pay I had my McDonald’s reward app up and they don’t participate in the loyalty program. Meaning I just spent $27 and didn’t get my coffee for free or get ANY points for this order. Never ever going here again. (The people at the window were nice and that’s about the only thing that...
