Big City Bites Bistro — Restaurant in Kannapolis

On vacation down to North Carolina, found this gem. Amazing staff that was super friendly and genuine. No robots taking your order here, the staff was very personable. The entire staff was laughing and having a good time, and their love for their job was present in the experience.

The cuban was the best I have had outside of Miami (full disclosure, i have never been to cuba itself, but to little havana many times)

Buffalo chicken swirls were a fun twist on a buffalo chicken dip.

Extremely dissatisfied with my mushroom Swiss burger. If you are going to charge $17 for a dang burger it better be a knockout burger. This burger was a 2/10. The burger was as hard as a rock and bone dry. It’s like the cooked it extra. I will not be coming back here for a burger until their prices reflect the quality of burgers they’re serving. This was a $8 burger at best with some spiral cut, half cooked potatoes.
