My experience with this location has been good until recently, things seem to be going downhill. This morning I placed an order to pick-up inside online. I went inside the restaurant maybe a minute after I placed the order and I waited. And waited. After seeing all the people who placed their orders inside get their stuff, and waiting 13 minutes I asked one of the staff for an update on my order. I gave her my name and my order had been ready and was sitting on the counter but no one announced the order number, my name, anything. The other people who picked up their food had their names or order numbers called out. Is that not the process for picking up food? They call your name/order and that’s how you know it’s ready? Then when I tried to talk to the staff about my order never being called out THEY WOULD NOT EVEN LOOK AT ME. They all dismissed me completely. FYI: This place had five people huddled (what I could see) inside with three cars in line and no customers inside and two more employees arriving after I did. My order consists of chocolate frosted cake donuts (old fashioned with chocolate icing) . They REFUSED to make them, and said that I would have to special order in advance. They would not even give me some icing in a cup so I could make them myself. Let me say that they were NOT busy, they had more than adequate staff, so by the logic of the people here, would I have to special order in advance a coffee that was anything other than black? With the exception of ONE other Dunkin from FL to Maine have I had to plead for this simple request and denied. It would be understandable if they were short handed but this was not the case. Read morei always get coffee from here especially since it’s on my way to work but i never paid much attention to their customer service mainly bc i only go to get my coffee, once i accidentally sent it to a different location and this employee was very kind, she made my order again since i had to go to work, i accidentally sent it to another location again but this time the group of ladies working were rude, none of them showed to be a manager since they all had the same nasty attitude, they could’ve been much nicer. they weren’t busy at all and yet they just were mean about the whole situation, i work in fast food too so i understand customers can be complicated but i wasn’t being rude at all, i recognize one of the employees since she’s always been rude every time i order something and there she was again, it honestly disappoints me that there’s even people like that in this world i just wish they focus more on the attitudes of some of their employees and i know for a fact i’m not the first to have a...
