My brother was eating at this McDonalds with his friends and noticed there was blood smeared on the side of his fries container. He went up to the front counter and showed an employee. She was wearing a big bandage on her hand and starting apologizing, admitting it was blood. The obvious concern in this situation is that he could have contracted a disease since he had already ate some of the fries before realizing there was any blood. My brother has Muscular Dystrophy and has to take medicine daily which causes his immune system to be weaker than the average persons, making the situation even more concerned. My parents have called the McDonalds, spoken to the manager and even corporate lawyers trying to have the employee get tested to ensure my brothers health. However, McDonalds refuses to do anything. They say that they cannot make the employee get tested and they will not ask her to. My family has even offered to pay for her time and testing but McDonalds will not let us speak to her to ask ourselves. McDonalds will not pay for my brothers medial testing expenses (which are $1,200 a piece and he will have to get tested for 10 years to be sure nothing was transferred). McDonalds admits that my brother was served food with blood on it and yet they will do nothing to help. The emotional stress, constant worry and anguish is overwhelming. I am shocked that anything like this can go unnoticed. We have been trying to get a lawyer to take our case but have not been successful. Apparently McDonalds is one of the most difficult companies to bring to court because they just keep appealing and dragging you through court until you cannot afford it. We haven’t been able to find an attorney that is willing to help us. We aren’t even interested in suing but would just like the employee to get tested and for my brother’s medical testing bills to be covered by McDonalds. If you know a lawyer who would be able to help please contact me-it would be greatly...
Read moreWorst McDonald's ever. There is always a long wait, especially in drive thru. Ordered a filet of fish, 20 piece nuggets, large fry and 4 strawberry creme pies via mobile order. Not a large order! I fell asleep in parking space 3 for 30 mins. Food never came out. Sent my 14 year old son in to retrieve the food. I thought they kidnapped him when he didn't come back to the car after 15 mins. I went inside to request a refund. Was told that I cannot get a refund because I used the mobile app. I knew that was a lie. I politely requested the manager to have my refund processed. While waiting another customer stated she waited 15 mins for a hamburger and small coffee. The manager came out and was pleasant enough. When asked why it was taking so long for the food, she could not answer. They were fully staffed with what looked like 2-3 people at the drive thru window in front, 2 people at the register, 1 working fries and 3 in the back cooking food(or not?). As the manager processes my refund, I began taking pictures of how filthy this place was. Fries, nuggets, cups, napkins, food wrappers all over the floor. No one cleaning. Hazardous conditions for employees to slip and fall. The manager starts yelling, "Ma'am stop taking pictures. It's against the law for you to take pictures in here because I have minors working!" She blocks me from taking pics of the worst area. Then she says, "I was still going to give you your food even though I am giving you a refund!" After an 1 hour and 15mins wait for that order, you should have added some extras in too. I couldn't even eat the food because the place was so disgusting. My kids were so hungry by this time, they said they would just eat it and pray they...
Read moreYuck. No soap in the women’s restroom so I have my husband check the men’s and had to go wash my hands in there. I let the staff behind the counter know... our food took a good 10 min. (Which was not correct and had to be fixed, said they’d bring it out and didn’t, I had to go back up asking for my sandwich and it was sitting right there!) then about 20 to eat with the kids.. daughter has to use the restroom, so 30 min later and still no soap!! Very unsanitary! My husband held the men’s door open and stood by so she could use the soap in there. I tell them again at the counter and how my daughter is in there and no soap, can they get some.. they assured me they would. Nope. A worker came out with her phone and sat down to eat. Then another worker came out to go to the restroom and instead of refilling the soap she goes right into the stall! Stay away from this McDonalds, evidently no one washes their hands here, at least not after using the restroom. Plus, the whole place was not very clean with trash and spills no one paid any...
