Bagels at on Campus during spring and summer. thanks to the amazing service provided by the register staff — specifically Shalini Thummala (as noted on her name badge). From the moment I stepped up to the counter, she greeted me with a warm, friendly smile that immediately made me feel welcome. Despite the morning rush, she remained calm, focused, and incredibly efficient. She handled my order with great attention to detail, made sure everything was correct, and even took the time to wish me a good day with such sincerity that it left a lasting impression. There’s something truly refreshing about interacting with someone who not only does their job well but also brings genuine kindness and positivity to the role. I had a very frustrating experience here this morning. I was clearly overcharged for what I ordered (cold brew and bagel) unless the prices listed on the menu are incorrect or the taxes here are three times more than the rest of the city. I'm confused as to how a $3 plain bagel with shmear and a $4 coffee added up to $10.59. I asked for a receipt twice and the cashier just straight up ignored me. On top of that, my bagel was both hard and cold, and my coffee tasted like it was made yesterday and left to sit out. I've ordered the same drink at multiple other locations and it tasted significantly better. This is really a bummer because I was excited to have an Einstein Bagel so close to my classes, but I don't think I'll be returning to this location...

My Santa Fe Egg White sandwich was ridiculously delicious, far better than what i expected, but exactly as i had hoped!
My wife said she liked her Garden Avocado Egg sandwich, but it would have been better with a little more larger portions of veggies on it.
My wife says the blueberry muffin was really good, much better than Starbucks blueberry muffin!
The children both gobbled down the plain bagel, they must have liked it!
