Loving the store in Kansas City! I wanted a specific color that I was told last year was seasonal. I anxiously waited until this year to get my color. I was shopping on my MK app and the items I selected and put in my cart were no longer available when I went to purchase. I did like I did last year searching every store I could thinking I would drive to get them if I had to. I started this year checking in Kansas City and so glad I did!! I got the pleasure of speaking with Jordan first and he was amazing! He listened to what I wanted, found items in store that he thought matched and then to my surprise he was able to text them. Not only did he text them he took time to give me the full experience as if I was in store! He even said they could be shipped to me so I was even more excited because I didn’t have to make the drive. I did have some thinking to do because I wasn’t sure that the wallet that would be big enough. I called back and got the pleasure to speak with Zack of course he was amazing as well! He found a couple of additional wallets that were more of what I was looking for and he text them to me too. He gave me the same experience as if I was in store. He put the wallets inside to give me an idea of space, showed me the inside, just another full experience. I finally settled on what I wanted and they verified by sending me a picture of the items together. In love with the items that would soon be mine and the exceptional help and magnificent customer service they made it even easier by sending me an easy secure link to pay. Read moreBought a purse/wallet from a store location about six months ago and absolutely loved them! The cashier told me to make sure to keep my receipt since they both came with a one year warranty, so I did. A week ago, my wallet started coming apart at the seams. I didn’t think it would be an issue since it was still covered under the warranty. I called and spoke with a representative who helped me file a claim to get it replaced. Unfortunately, that was the end of my positive experience with this company. Today I received an email stating that I would NOT receive a replacement wallet and would only get a $20 gift card to put towards my next purchase. I called back and requested to speak with a supervisor and was told only one supervisor was on duty, so it would be over a 30-40 minute wait. I said that was fine and I would wait. While waiting, the rep also advised the supervisor wouldn’t be able to do anything, specifically saying they wouldn’t even give me a coupon for my next purchase (which wasn’t something I asked for...all I wanted was a replacement as promised). Sure enough, the supervisor didn’t do anything, she actually had a huge attitude and argued with me versus listening to my concerns. Overall, I’m incredibly disappointed with the poor service, terrible product quality, and shoddy warranty replacement program. Read moreRude Manager works here!! I brought my family of 6 coming from Canada and Hong Kong to shop here a week ago, they were big spenders and wanted to shop so much on this location. Unfortunately, it was the worse treatment and service from the manager in the location amongst ALL shops at the Legend. We walked in, a very nice lady said hi, then a young guy kept following us. Whenever we touched something, he immediately straightened that up and looked annoyed. I thought I was just being sensitive then I tried again, just picked up a men's card holder to look and put it back, he again, came right after me and straightened that up and looked annoyed. The entire time didn't say hello or offer any help, just looked annoyed on us, we of course left. Before leaving out the door, I asked the lady who first greeted us if he's the manager of the store, unfortunately he is. I should have gone back to ask if he has problem with us, asian looking people or he thought we didn't money to spend that day? I shopped here many times before, never was treated like that. Whoever the area sales manager us for this location should really have some serious talk with this rude dude. If I ever see him again and be treated like this again, for sure I will raise hell!
