Horrible customer service. The store manager, Gabby took my call to report that a sandwich I just picked up was not made as requested. I asked to have the replacement sandwich delivered because I didn't realize the mistake until after I returned to work. Gabby informed me that my workplace was not in her delivery area. She continued to say that the drive through associate repeated the order to us and it was confirmed. I told her the sandwich is wrong and I would appreciate a replacement sandwich be delivered as I hadn't eaten and the sandwich was drenched in mayo and I asked for NO mayo. She said she would call the store that delivers to my area to have them make and deliver the sandwich. She gave me an estimated delivery with 30 minutes.
After 40 minutes, still no delivery. I called Gabby's store again to follow up. I was told Gabby was unavailable. I turned and called the store that was to deliver the replacement sandwich to get an estimated delivery time and the store manager Ira, had no clue what I was talking about. Gabby never called and placed the order for delivery like she said she would.
The worst customer service. I will never spend another dime at Jimmy Johns....

The order taker named Damarkus was very rude , unfriendly and lacked basic customer service skills. Aside from this the wait time was long for my food and when I got my order the food was not to my satisfaction. He did not offer an apology for the long wait time, as a matter of fact he didn’t even say anything to me at all. Very nonchalant attitude. I feel the food itself and most definitely the poor customer service I received was not worth the amount I paid for the order. This was my first time at Jimmy Johns and it will be my last. Read moreMan lunch was a struggle. I go in to simply order a sandwich and pickle but reading off their own menu to order the cashier looks at me confused. First was I asked for a #16 sandwich only....the cashier "I don't understand." I repeat it to her '#16 only the sandwich no drink or chips.' I then proceed to add a Jumbo Kosher Dill Pickle(what it says on their menu) and again the cashier is all a jumbo what? We don't have anything jumbo. I then pointed it out to her on the menu and still argued back with me that they don't have anything jumbo. To were another employee goes "they aren't jumbo or anything." So now you are falsely advertising for Jumbo pickles that aren't jumbo? I know I wont be going back to this location because just simply knowing your own menu items seems to much to ask...
