This is one of my son’s favorite places to eat. We don’t live real close, but whenever we’re in the area, it’s where he always chooses. My husband & I were returning home from a night out & planned to pick up food for my son to take home. Granted, it was 855p & we didn’t look online to see what time they closed, but apparently, it’s 9p. The lights were on inside as were the lights on the menu in the drive-thru. We pulled up to the menu & sat for several minutes. There was a gentleman working at the window. He looked back at us several times, so we waited for him to take our order. Silence. We sat there a few more minutes. Nothing…so we finally pulled through & left. As we drove by the window, there were two or three gentlemen who watched us go by & just gawked at us. Totally rude & disappointing. Customer service tip…If you have someone setting in your drive-thru & you still have your lights on, they assume you’re still open. Instead of staring at them, open your mouth & speak. A simple…’We’re sorry, we close at 9,’ would’ve gone a long way. The last time we were there & ate inside, those working were very short & somewhat rude, too. Perhaps my son will need to rethink his favorite place to eat in the area. That’s twice now & ‘rude’ is...
Read moreFor fast food this place is way overpriced. I have never been to this place and won't be back. When 2 ppl order together they only give 1 small bowl of chips & a small (in a to go sauce container) salsa. When there is 2 ppl there needs to be more salsa given, at least 1 each. Most Mexican restaurants give unlimited salsa & chips w/o extra charge. This place charges for every little thing & neglects to tell you it will cost more. $1.50 for guac, .50 for a small (in a to go sauce container) salsa. Meat is very soupy making your meal very soggy. I ordered flan but was told they were out only to see the older gentleman carry the last of the flan out to his family. Not sure if it was his daughter but I saw her carry her infant into the back of the kitchen to change her childs diaper when she could've went to the restroom. This place truly needs the health department to do a...
Read moreMy family of 5 went there last night. Ordering our food, went through the line, putting in orders. When it came time for my granddaughter to order she initially wanted a quesadilla but then changed her mind and wanted a bowl. The older gentleman behind the counter was very inpatient. When she said “I’m sorry can I change to a bowl” he looked exasperated and shook his head.
My daughter went to the counter to asked for more sour cream. The older gentleman pulls out the tiny plastic cups to put it in and says seventy five cents. Well the cup was half full so I asked him to please fill it up. Again I get attitude.
The younger gentleman apologized on his behalf which I was appreciative of. However, the impression was already cemented. Can’t comment on the food because it was an after thought....
