Normally my visits are great. I'm a drive-thru person. I was surprised when the line wasn't long...but after I ordered, there was a wait. The window workers were great. I had to pull into a waiting spot because they were holding on hashbrowns & coffee. I found there were many cars holding 😳 When they brought my order...they forgot the coffee (he was nice & went& got it). Perhaps they were short-staffed that morning or having issues...because it wasn't normal. I frequent there on Sun mornings. Hopefully it got better that day💫
UPDATE When they first started using AI, it was great! Had no issues with my orders. But about a month or so ago it was down & updates were made. Since then I haven't been able to make my multi-order without frustration (single order is fine). I order a #1, sausage mcmuffin & egg mcmuffin sandwiches. ITS NEVER RIGHT. AI makes it Sausage Mcmuffin meal & 2 egg mcmuffin meals or 2 egg mcmuffin meals, sausage patty...IDK. I've tried saying it multiple ways, like #1..next item sausage mcmuffin sandwich...& I watch the screen do its own thing. It gets really frustrating. There's been no fix. This last time I kept saying my oder wasn't right, a person came on & said "you can pull around, I heard what you're trying to order" & she fixed the order. I just dont understand why AI won't just take the order I'm giving versus making up her own stuff, which is wrong. Don't get me wrong, I'm not against AI, just frustrated it's not taking my order as I give/say it. Of course I still go weekly...I just hope it gets better. Now I just prepare myself to argue with the drive thru AI🤣
UPDATE UPDATE 9/17/23 When I went through the Drive thru this time, my order was perfect! AI was finally recalibrated. It got my order correct, as I ordered it. Read moreSuper slow. Line was pulling up at a rate of about 1 car every 10 minutes, then had 3 waiting in spots for their order. I was delivering an order with a delivery company so I'm typically very patient and understanding as experience somewhat lengthy waits on a regular basis, but no where near this.
I called and the lady started giving me a sob story about how there were only 3 employees and all but her were new. So after that, I got a big of an attitude that she told me to lose or she would give me a bad delivery rating... like, ok? Cool... go for it. I don't care if I get a bad rating from you; I care if I get a bad review from my customer because their order takes an hour to get there...
Besides that, why are you sitting here arguing with me instead of doing your job? And why are you setting a bad example for the new employees you claim to have? Just say, "ok we'll get it right out and step it up" and get off the phone and get your work done. Then one of the employees brought the food out and she was still on the phone as I was getting the food from him. I'm pretty sure she just wanted a debate. She set an extremely embarrassing example of how employees at ANY business should act.

Read moreStopped for some food after flight home. Was there about 11:30 Friday 9-5-25 and waited for about 15 minutes to get to the pickup window. First we were helped with a nice young man who gave us one of three items ordered and took our $20 bill. Another young man then came to window and began arguing with the first one. The second person who had a strong foreign accent appeared to be having some sort of emotional breakdown apparently over confusion with the many orders they were dealing with. He was yelling at the other workers for around 10-15 minutes while we waited at the window. Then he opened the window and yelled at me accusing me of taking a video of him with my phone and that he was going to call the police. I thought the police might be needed so I did not leave. He continued to argue with other employees and threatening me. Finally after a while he somewhat calmed down and gave me all my $20 back in small bills and change refusing to complete my order. The refund ticket he gave me was for another order. So we left with amazement that about 8 cars were still waiting in line and only about 4 had driven away.
