A disservice to the brand...I've been to a number of Chiptole locations over the years and this one is easily and consistently a poor experience (and I've been to airport Chipotles). The food is fine, but here are the problems (echoing other reviews). Hopefully management cares enough to check here because they're not in this store or answer the phone (spoiler!!!)
OUT OF WHAT?? Something will be out....Online or in person, they're usually out of something. Chips (10min), Rice (yes rice), 10min, guac? (sorry). Press your luck. This is just poor inventory management or prep.
ONLINE? ONTIME? LOL It won't be ready! Even on a slow night, it won't be ready on time. Prepare yourself. Or maybe it will...but they don't put it on the shelf. Only one in the dining room, standing there for 20min? Don't bet they'll notice. If you must go here, be proactive and ASK. If you're lucky they'll offer you a drink for their inadequacy.
CHECK EVERYTHING! Open the lids, look in every bag. Think that kid chicken meal will have chicken? Ha! Don't trust it. If you have to come back, see 1-2.
WEEKEND? I dare you....they collapse upon themselves like an imploding neutron star. You will wait....FOREVER.
The food is usually consistent/fine, so why so many problems? It'd be easy to blame the youth of America and it doesn't seem like staffing (except for maybe the mobile station on Fri-Sun)....it's a lack of leadership and/or management at this location. There is none. Literally none in the store when I've asked so when high schoolers are running the ship, I guess it's just great they don't burn it down. And since Chipotle apparently doesn't do receipt surveys or quality control their franchisees, the owner/manager probably just doesn't care. Where are you going to go? Up the road? Englewood which you can't get to? Two stars because it's at...

Always out of food starting 2 hours before closed.
Have 5 employees and 2-3 will always have headphones in ignoring everyone and plodding along like a slow ox in a paddock. One is frequently seen playing. Had a speaker. Had a truck toy like a remote controlled truck. Seemed oblivious the workers around him were in the weeds and the restaurant had 30 ppl in line and was out of things. 6th worker on ālunch breakā right in the middle of dinner rush.
Iāve seen college cafeterias run like clockwork including chipotle knock offs so this clearly comes down to bad management and bad employees.
Started skimping so heavily itās criminal. I have several times ordered online double meat, and received about 2 ounces but per Chipotleās own website and a double portion should be 8 ounces and a normal portion 4 ounces. The rice is hard and under cooked. The guac has been stale lately. The chips arenāt fresh. The bowls were half full of other ingredients too.
They are majorly skimping and Iām no longer going to go here. Itās not worth my waste of money to revive an inedible hard uncooked rice bowl with no meat, and I was choosing chipotle to control my macros so if they wonāt be consistent I can spend my $ elsewhere where they will actually clean their dining room and use a measuring scoop and donāt act like itās an imposition to follow...

I went in at 8 PM to order dinner for two, but they were already out of white rice, black beans, and lettuce ā despite being open for three more hours. The staff were openly rude, using profanity on the front line, and I overheard what sounded like a manager yelling at someone for cooking more food, even though the line was nearly out the door.
When I got home, my bowl had only three tiny pieces of chicken ā and a piece of plastic wrapper mixed in with the food. We threw it all away and went somewhere else.
Trying to get a refund was even worse. The automated phone system didnāt work, and after 45 minutes of trying to reach someone, the person I spoke to accused me of lying and said Iād have to wait for an āinvestigationā before I might get a refund. I ended up taking the receipt and the plastic back to the restaurant, where the manager seemed unconcerned about the plastic in the food and treated me with disrespect before reluctantly issuing a refund.
This was a disgusting and disappointing experience from start to finish. Between the unsafe food, lack of ingredients, poor service, and dismissive management, we wonāt be going back ā and I wouldnāt recommend...
