First Impression: The staff is very friendly and the “feel” of the place is a family own, neighborhood place to sit and enjoy a cup.

Service/Experience: The staff were very quick and friendly.

Quality/Product: I had an oat latte and a sandwich. The food and coffee is amazing.

Cleanliness & Atmosphere: In many coffee places the music is so loud it is hard to concentrate (if I am working). This had a lovely jazz soundtrack going on in the background and was soft enough to allow me to focus. Also, the art on the walls is wonderful.

Value for Money: There is no place where a cup of quality coffee is cheap anymore but this place was very affordable.

Highlight (Optional): The WiFi is very fast. Some places do not offer free WiFi anymore but this place had a great environment to sit and do work.

First time here, will not be back, Walked in a decent amount before close. When I first walked in the older lady with darker hair had no mask on she had it below her chin. After being in the location for a few minutes she then put her mask on touching her face then went straight for touching whatever she was attempting to going to make for me. So she touched her face and her mouth without washing her hands while cleaning and putting away various drink and food items. Than as well didn't wash them before touching my cup and thier ice scoop.(before covid wouldn't have passed health department standards) I asked for a frozen beverage. She rudely said as you can see I have already cleaned that for the day as we are closing soon. (Wasn't soon either way they were open. After that I just said I go to my regular spot. Visiting KC for only the weekend and decided to try a coffee shop nearby. We wanted something different from the mainstream coffee places everyone enjoys! We passed by this coffee shop yesterday and decided to give it a try today. Great decision! My SO and I ordered a pastry (forgot the name) , a Dulce de Leche and a Milky Way! I believe it is Ethiopian coffee grounds that they use. A different taste that is distinctive and delicious! Astonishing! Revocup was very clean and everyone communicated and functioned professionally. The decor added a very nice touch. If anyone here is looking for a quiet, calm place to study, they have outlets! Personally, I’d go here to do some studying, maybe even a meeting, or even to just sit and daydream lol. Please give this place a try y’all!
