The worst shopping experience I have ever had. I wish there was an option for no stars. I have never written a google review, but I felt like I had to based off of this experience. I walked in the store and the employees said nothing to me nor even acknowledge that anyone came in the store. I didn’t think much of it, but after about 15 minutes of being in the store three stick-thin girls walk in and are greeted immediately. I am not anorexic thin but I am not chunky. I realized while I was shopping the employees avoided helping me and even acted as if I wasn’t in the store. I had planned on buying some items, but the size discrimination I experienced was extremely offensive. I did not buy the clothes I liked because of how I was made to feel in this store. This was the first time I had been to Lucca collection, I was so excited, but I will never return or recommend this store. I wear a size 4 and was treated like I was 1,000 pounds, even though I fit into the clothes properly. If you aren’t a double 0 I advise...

I have been a loyal customer for about two years now and can’t say enough great things about Lucca. The girls go above and beyond to make your shopping experience fun and enjoyable and I always leave the store in a better mood!

Not to mention, I think every time I get compliments on clothing anymore it is a piece from lucca. They have such chic and unique pieces that last forever! They also have basics that I have bought in every color. They just do it all!

I also love attending their events. It’s such a great way to meet girls in the area and bring friends to have a girls night! Pair a lucca event with a dinner in the river market, and that is my kind of Friday night!

LOVE me some Lucca! This boutique features unique, quality clothing and accessories for all occasions. I still get compliments on the shacket I bought nearly 2 years ago. They cycle out clothing by season and always have a something I must have when I go in. The customer service is amazing. They also throw events and do promotions often. I was surprised with a pair of holiday themed slippers with my last purchase after spending a certain amount. I could go on, but lastly they have a rewards point program! 10/10 would recommend stopping in if you’re ever in the River market area or make a trip there if you’re looking for trendy clothing you can’t find...
