Worst experience EVER in life!!!! Paid $800 to vome 3 hrs early and sit on the floor in the hallway...no concessions open! No seats!!! Can't go to my car!!! But literally drove 4 hrs and came 3 hrs before the show and can't even buy a bottle of water if I wanted!!!! Called box office and ticket master multiple times but no response no answers no itinerary! My oldest kid is 26, not my first rodeo with concerts but definitely LAST time I ever support disney!!!! Probably never come back to kansas city either! This is trash!!!!!
To your question, yes I was SUPPOSED to be on a vip ticket! Unfortunately, I was not able to take advantage of the vip I paid for as I never received any information about when and where to be. I called the tmobile box office, axs who disney website redirected me to to purchase the tickets, and any one else I could attempt to contact to find out details since I live 4 hrs away, but no answer and no response. Apparently my email wasn't on the list to receive the group photo which I am still trying to hunt down but have zero idea who to contact and still not receiving answers from anyone. Also, b/c I didn't receive the itinerary, my daughter wasn't able to ask any questions for the q and a b/c that was also a part of the ghost email I never received. Funny how I did get a receipt for my purchase, and my tickets, and an email urging me to upgrade to vip even though I already purchased "the ultimate vip experience", not an upgrade. This was supposed to be a great experience for my daughter's first concert, she has loved descendants since she was like 4 yrs old, but it turned into a nightmare worst experience of my lifetime. No customer service, nothing helpful from anyone. I can even type all these details without it ruining my day all over again sitting here crying before work just thinking about how bad yall did us.
Then this website has the nerve to say the restrooms are clean. Yeah right, disgusting and no toilet paper or paper towels before the doors even opened for everyone else...the lady was stocking them when we left after the...
Read moreDo not expect staff to help you in any way. They won't help you find your seat, they won't ask people in your purchased seat to move, they don't verify or look at seat tickets if someone isn't in the right place, etc. Don't take your eyes off your things for one second bc it WILL get stolen & security has zero response next to "we didn't see a theft occur so we can't say it was theft" even tho your stuff isn't in your possession & wasn't turned into lost & found. Make that make sense. They don't take descriptions of the lost items, no contact info, etc. Just tell you to keep calling until its found but also they get annoyed with you if you call them for an update like they said to. Security is just a bunch of kids & a lady at a desk who answers a phone who doesnt have a supervisor to escalate issues to; it's a joke & you can literally get away with anything in this venue. A guy was assaulted pretty badly outside our seating section & staff & security did nothing in this instance as well. It's become a trash venue with trash employees & trash guests who don't know how to act right so the staff have become unprofessional and absent in dealing with any type of situation that occurs. This venue is run by the guests & you need to keep your wits about you when attending an event here because you're on your own. This venue does not deliver on its "first-class experience" and "courteous & knowledgeable staff", not even in...
Read moreSaw Dave Chapelle Sunday. This was my first time at the T-Mobile event center. I don’t have another experience at this venue to compare to but it took about 45 minutes to an hour to even get inside. Everyone outside was just kind of in a huge group to get through the doors and not very organized. Lots of cutting in line and was just generally uncomfortable. Once we were through the doors there was plenty of space. I will say the rows could be marked better, by possibly having the seat numbers on a chart for each row so you can go down the right steps closest to your actual seats. Had issues with people walking all the way down a row to get to their seat, when they could have just come from the opposite direction so everyone wouldn’t have to stand up to let them through. Just one more issue is cup holder placement. The cup holder is connected to the back of the seat in front of us. Personally I didn’t use mine because the woman in front of me had long hair that was inches away from my beverage. Having the cup holder built into the arm rest seems like a better option. Overall good experience but leaving took just as long if not longer to get outside. More attendants unlocking yondr pouches might have made it go faster, and also more bins to put the empty pouches in because by the time I got outside they were spilling over onto the ground. I felt bad putting it on top of the pile that was close...
