Never again will I order and have it delivered. I want to be standing right there watching them make my sandwich. I couldn't believe the The New Boss sub they made and sent. All it had was four little meatballs .That was it...They made it with no effort at all. That's not how the new Biss sub comes. Then when I complained manager hung up on me two times. I never disrespected her I never cursed at her...I had every right to be upset. It wasn't about the price of the sub. It was the attitude all around from start to finish. Meaning even the poor effort they gave making my sub. The way they made my sub showed they HATE THEIR JOB...now everyone needs employment to care for their families and pay bills. But please if you're in a job you HATE...find different work. We all have choices in life. Get yourself out of thar situation. If you know you dont like dealing with the public then you shouldn't work in this type of work field. Not every customer will be happy and on flip side no employees shouldn't be abused either but in same sentence...Treat people how you want...

This location is so hit or miss. Online orders take 40+ minutes to complete leaving people waiting and waiting. It is a shame when mobile ordering is marketed as a convenience then while you wait for your order 30+ walk-in orders get served first, it is not convenient at all. Additionally, the mobile orders are frequently incorrect. Imagine waiting 40 minutes of your 1 hour lunch break for your sandwich to come out wrong but you have no time to have them correct it. Bought a sandwich on the app. Went in person to pick up, just to be told they're out of my sandwich. I request a refund and they told me they can't handle that in store.
