I justed walked into this location at 3:20pm and was ignored by the one staff member who, upon seeing me walk in the door, decided she needed to be in and out of the walk in cooler for several minutes. We made eye contact and she continued on her quest without a word. Not a greeting. Nada. When she finally acknowledged my presence, she said "It'll be a while before I can help you. I have to stock the line first." The line looked fully stocked for the one customer she had (me). Ten minutes after I ordered my food on the Subway app, they called me to say they didn't serve the sandwich I ordered on their app (which was fine, but how was I supposed to know they didn't serve the sandwich listed for sale on THEIR site). They said they would cancel my order but could not issue me a refund. They suggested I call Subway customer service. I asked if they could swap out the sandwich for something else since I had already paid and they would not give me my money back. They refused and said "no, this isn't our fault."

Read moreI came in and started ordering a 6" meatball sub, and one the employees (seemed like a supervisor or the manager) showed that they had a deal going on for that day, for a 6" sub, chips and a drink for 7 bucks, which saved me a bit of money. Very helpful. I wanted to use the giftcard I got with my Amex points at the register, but it seems their system was having problems accepting it. They spent a little time getting it solved and getting me on my way.
