OMG. It’s honestly a big problem that this amazing shop has opened so close to our home. I went to many boba tea shops but the boba here is “perfectly” soft and “so” delicious, and all the teas are great — plus, there’s such a wide variety that I want to try something new every time I go.
I thought it was even better than that famous shop, and I can’t stop wondering what makes it so different. (Sorry if that puts any pressure on the staff — but it was seriously delicious!)
On top of that, the owner is incredibly kind with a warm smile, and even all the staff are friendly and cool. It seems like they also host fun events that make you want to participate every time. We should visit 7/1-7/5 . I seriously want to go dig up an oil field so I can afford to come here every day.
Just to be clear, I wasn’t asked to write this review, nor did I receive anything in return for writing this. It’s just genuinely delicious!!!
The shop is located along the road, but there’s a hedge between the road and the property, so it might not be immediately noticeable at first glance. Still, I truly hope this place thrives for a long time.
If you ever feel like having boba, I really recommend stopping by this place. Next time, I’m going to try the watermelon tea. I came back again… supposedly to try the new products, but honestly, I just really love this place. The waffles are amazing! They’re piping hot, super crispy on the outside, and perfectly chewy inside—not overly sweet, which makes them perfect for breakfast or whenever you’re feeling a bit hungry.
And that mysterious jelly! It looked so cute I thought it’d be overly sweet, but it wasn’t at all! It had a really firm, satisfying texture. I heard it’s made from gelatin, so it’s a great alternative for people who avoid boba because of the calories. It’s perfect for when you don’t have a huge sweet tooth but still want a little treat!
I missed the chance to take a photo, but the jelly with real lychee inside was especially refreshing and delicious! I think it would go really well with milk tea or other fruit teas too. Oh, and the fries and other snacks are super tasty as well… seriously, it’s hard to...

My daughter enjoyed her shredded chicken rice bowl, she said it was really good. My cheese foam jasmine green tea with no sugar was great! My daughter said her classic milk tea was good. We both tried the Vietnamese iced coffee…it’s our new favorite!!! Very strong and just the right amount of sweetness. The donut pudding is as free and pretty good, our first time trying it. The owner made us a sample of the coconut Pandan waffle and it was delicious! This place is wonderful and hope they are a big success. Although they were busy, they remained calm and friendly!...
