Honestly incredible. I've eaten from a LOT of taco trucks and this is among the best I've had!
I stopped here on a whim while driving back to Colorado from Omaha because our normal burrito spot was closed. Best.. accident.. ever...
First off, these guys properly season and cook all of their food. The carne asada was crisp but tender, the barbacoa was incredibly flavored and juicy. Even the rice in my wife's burrito was seasoned well! My 1 year old son was wolfing down every bite we gave him!
From a technical standpoint, they also didn't overwhelm my wife's burrito with onions like so many other places but added just enough to add some delicate flavor and the occasional crunch.
Highly recommend the Tijuana style tacos as well, although I'm sure any taco you get from these guys will be superb.

I have celiacs I'm highly allergic to gluten, the customer service was outstanding as well and they speak English. I highly recommend this place a Saturday afternoon and there's no wait no lineup. There's plenty of parking there are no restrooms there are no steps it is a food truck, covered tables to eat at, the menu is displayed on the outside on the truck, also please take note there is a tip jar on the left side of the ordering window, so you can tip. (Note it does come with soup, but I...
