After a long day on the road, I wanted to grab a bite to eat before checking into a hotel. I went inside to use the restroom before ordering my meal. The restroom was dirty, messy, and smelled. I got in line behind two gentlemen and waited my turn to order. The female manager thought it best to berate two younger male employees, telling them they had to pay for their meals before taking a break. Made me glad I worked for a Wendy's owner who let us have free meals when we were working. She took a good five minutes just to be condescending to these employees. Made me embarrassed for them to be talked down to like that in front of customers. It was another employee who stepped in to take the order of two guys in front of me. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal and waited for my order. I dined in the restaurant and absolutely no table was cleaned. Everything, from table tops, to ketchup and napkin station, to soda machine area was dirty and sticky. The food was ok, the fries were way over salted and cold but the sandwich was fresh and hot. While the drive-thru had a few cars, there were only a couple parties inside the dining area. No one made an attempt to clean any counters, tables, or restrooms. The female employee that waited on me was courteous and friendly. Since she was nice and the sandwich was fresh and hot, I'll give at least 2 stars....

We barely get orders to this Wendy’s but when we do, the female night manager is by always rude to my husband for doing his “job” sometimes the lobby is closed so we have use drive through and he wasn’t sure, so he went through the drive through. And the lady yelled at him for it. When he went into the store to get the DoorDash, and he asked for the order, so the kid behind the counter asked about the order and she told him no, he was a pain and went through the drive when he should of came into the store, and that he can wait, and that she didn’t care if it affected his times, ratings, or anything that we scored on in the dasher app. Made him wait for a little bit then told him not to go through the drive and was extremely rude about the situation, which shouldn’t have happened. When I called the store and asked for the manager, she answered the phone rudely as well. I have worked in fast food, it’s not hard to act as if you love your job for 8-12 hours. Read moreMy family and I were treated rudely and made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome by an employee who wanted us out of the dining room at the top of the hour when the dining room closed. We arrived at 7:40 PM knowing the dining room closed at 8 PM. Midway through our meal at the top of the hour, the employee went out of his way to tell us the dining room is now closed, no one else would be allowed in, we were the last ones there. Basically, please leave. We hurriedly ate and left. My family commented that we wished we drove a little bit farther to Culver's where there would be courteous service. This was after the same employee messed up our order, interpreting “just the sandwich, not a meal” apparently to mean a plain sandwich with no toppings . Perhaps there was a communication/language challenge in both instances. Also, all tables were dirty and the bathrooms were freezing. We will make a point not to return to...
