Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Kenner

The service is horrible and the employees are incredibly disorganized. I walked up to the register and the employee requested that I hit the cancel button because a previous customer started to order. I hit the red button and she began to take my order. After I paid she handed me my receipt. She never asked me my name. I then stood in the order pickup area as the employees stood around looking. One began to make hisself a drink. They proceed to give food to everyone that ordered after me. I stated that I still didn’t have my food. The asked what my order was. One of the stated that her order is under the previous customer’s name too. So then she proceeds to pack another order and I stated that wasn’t what I asked for. She rudely stated “that’s not for you!” And another employee stated “someone else has your food. She called your name you should’ve been listening.” But she didn’t call my name. She called the other customer’s name. So she gave the food to the wrong person and had the nerve to be rude to me because she didn’t close out the previous customer correctly....

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. My sandwich tasted like rubber. I asked for a slice of american cheese on my sandwhich when I ordered and was told no because "they would have to make a new one, and we're about to close soon." I was there at 6:50, they close at 8. There was also practically no one in line. They had no sweet tea. The lemonade I had to settle for was really sour/sweet and I could taste pulp. The frys were ok. I asked for sweet and spicy sauce and was looked at like I had three heads. I had to explain that it was the one with the green label and had Sriracha in it. I get that it's an airport, my expectations were lower but still didn't expect to be this...

This CFA is hidden a little bit off the main walkway. Which is both good and bad. Good that it keeps people out of the walkway for most of the foot traffic. Bad in that it may be hard for some people to find. They do not have a complete menu. On the day we visited, we were told that we could not order large fries because the button on the register prevented the staff from actually punching it in. Also, they did not have chicken strips. The staff was friendly but it seemed disorganized and the staff seemed unhappy. The service was reasonably fast given the long line and crowd of people. Food was up to...
