First time here, got my family’s food takeout. Always a risky proposition, not knowing whether something will travel well. Then, you don’t know if you experience is because of the travel time, or not…
I’ll still give it 5 stars.
As burger joint prices go, they’re maybe a snitch on the high end price wise after you get sides and drinks, but still less expensive than the last time we ate at that place that have 5 dudes make your burgers and fries - you know that one. 5dudes aside, On par with other counter service burger places in the area, value and portions considered.
The burger I got was a double, I regret that - it was gigantic, I could barely finish, and I can eat me some burgers. Excellent taste, and the grilled onions were done to perfection. The critique I have here is takeout specific, the bun -while still delicious - will get soggy in the foam box, and before I’m done eating, was getting to be a mess. Lettuce on it, equally so. I’d request that the bun and topping be boxed separately from the meat and cheese to avoid the hot burgers steaming them. My drive home is under 10 minutes, so - this steam effect doesn’t take long.
My wife got the chop cheese sandwich on a hoagie roll. I had a bite, and just might get it for myself next time. An excellent not-a-Philly cheesesteak! The hoagie roll also steamed, but was a more solid bun-did not suffer as much. Super tasty.
We also ordered a chili cheese dog for my teen, there was much approval and no complaints. Was told “I’d get it again”, sometimes that’s all you get from the kids. That’s a good sign.
Sides: we got onion rings, 2 orders - which would rank in my top 3 onion rings I think. There was much dinner table debate over whether they took the crown of best onion rings ever. They’re HUGE, 5 or 6 huge rings, fried to crispy goodness, soft and sweet on the inside. I thought the price was high, but after eating, consider the size of the portion to be a good value. Also a small side of fries. Nothing special here, very reminiscent of those 5 dude’s fries. Probably hand cut, seasoned, and fried to order. Served salty and greasy, like fries should be. A small order was easily enough for 2 people, so low price and big value. I would get Rings for myself next time, they’re that good.
So while peoples reviews commonly point at the prices being a little on the high end, I’d consider the value. 2 sides will feed 4 people, assuming all of the sides are similarly sized, they’re absolutely shareable, we had a lot of leftovers. The burgers and the sandwich were huge as well. 5 stars on the value.
So, at the end of the day, we will absolutely be back. We will dine in next time, if the food is this good after the high rigors of takeout, we can only imagine it’s 6 stars...

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I witnessed something interesting.
While I was dining inside, I saw a young woman come back to the restaurant visibly upset and panic. Seems like her car had just been towed from the parking lot. From what I heard, she had actually just been a paying customer. She kept explaining that she’d only stepped out for a few minutes, and that her receipt could prove she’d made a purchase. Despite that, the staff refused to listen or help.
It was kinda funny because staff threatened to call the police (they eventually did) and told her group to leave immediately. They weren’t being too loud or aggressive—just trying to understand what had happened and why. But if I was her, the way they were treated will make me feel harsh and deeply unfair. You could feel the tension in the entire restaurant. Several people looked around awkwardly, not sure what to make of the scene.
I'm not the police nor judge, and I don't even want to judge who is right and who is wrong. It just a bit heartbroken to see that girl near tears, pleading for some kind of explanation or help, and getting nothing but threats and dismissal in return. The staff seemed more interested in getting them out than actually solving the issue. The whole situation felt incredibly cold and hostile.
Honestly, at some degree it ruined the atmosphere and my whole experience. I certainly cannot focus on my food when I need to keep an eye on my car from being towed. I’ve always supported local small businesses like this one, and I believe they make the Kennesaw area better. But it’s concerning when a business seems more aligned with towing enforcement than customer service. Most people wouldn’t mind parking a few feet farther for good food—but if they lose their car over a few minutes, they’ll remember that far more...
Read moreI believe someone needs to speak up about the truth. My friend and I visited this business and parked in their designated parking lot as paying customers. Just five minutes after we left the store, our car was towed. When we returned and asked the staff why our vehicle was towed even though we had just been customers, they simply said the decision was made by the manager, who had already left.
We asked for the manager’s contact information in order to resolve the issue, but the staff refused to provide it. Instead, they threatened to call the police and falsely accused us of “causing a disturbance” if we didn’t leave immediately.
If there are so many surveillance cameras monitoring the parking lot in real time to catch “unauthorized” vehicles, then surely the same footage could confirm whether we harassed anyone—as we were accused.
Also, if the business defines “unauthorized” as a customer who doesn’t move their car immediately after paying, that should be clearly written on the signage. Based on our timeline, I entered the store at 6:57 PM and the car was towed by 7:05 PM. Eight minutes. That’s all it took.
So does this mean that the moment you walk out the door, you are no longer considered a customer and your car is now subject to being towed? I’ve never encountered a business that treats customers this way—monitoring the parking lot so obsessively that cars are towed within minutes, and then refusing to even offer basic help or courtesy when issues arise.
I’d like to sincerely thank the Kennesaw police officers who showed us compassion, tried to help us get in touch with the towing company, and provided support during this...
