Suzie's Wings and Deli — Restaurant in Kennesaw

The place was clean, the food was good, loved the crinkle fries, cooked just the way we like. Not undercooked nor burnt. The reason I gave it a three star was the counter person was very put off by us. I told her it was our first visit, apparently she was unimpressed by my statement, as she just stood there. We ordered our food and sat down to wait for our food. I must make it known that we , my husband and me are temporarily handicapped. I was with a walker, and he with a cane. We sat by the beverage dispenser to make it easier to get refills. The order was completed she did not speak but indicated the order was ready. She started to bag and I told her we would be eating there. Now behind the counter were 5 workers just hanging as we were the only ones in the shop. It would have a thoughtful gesture for either the counter person or one of workers come forward to assist us. But instead my husband with his cane had to get up to retrieve our order. I know that it wouldn’t be a normal service, but come on, being a new shop they could have extended themselves. Love the idea, has a nice selection of food items, but I would rather find someplace else, that is a bit more...

Edit: Took two stars off because the two guys cooking in the back don't pay attention. They oftentimes leave dips out of the box. The fried rice is now bland or salty based on who is making it. Also the quality of the experience is based on which cashier you get. They are still quick here just not as consistent as when they first opened. Another update. The younger girl at the counter is very rude and told me the store doesn't give them tips from the card receipts. They charge too much for small sauces.

This is my go-to wing place now. The crinkle fries are always fresh but the fried rice is the standout side here. I have also tried the philly which was also really good. I plan on trying the whole menu but after I get through all the wing flavors. Right now my favorite is hot lemon pepper. The prices are fair but what keeps me coming back is the staff. The cashier always opens your box to make sure your order is correct and acceptable. Kitchen staff are friendly and move quick as well. So make sure you check...

I am beyond disappointed with this place- poor service along with a poor management team- this place will lose my business among many that I know- they treat customers like idiots and will destroy a business relation for a penny. food was cold and I was being treated like a criminal because I complained about it- treated like it was my first time thwre but in reality i have ordered at least twice a month if not more with my family and friends. I am very disappointed and insulted to be treated the way I was foe complaining that the food they sent me through Door Dash cpuld not have been cold since I am one second away from them- I had two business partners witness the call I made and asked them to feel my food and they all agreed- I was politety explaining to the manager about this and was not expecting the intaregation that came with it- Food and service don’t deserve anything but my review and I am surprised that this place treated me this way- u lost a very...
