Ordered twice from there since we moved into our new place. The first time we had some major disappointments. The biggest issue was we placed an online order, got there right when the app said it would be ready. Waited over an hour for our food after that point. The app kept saying to come and get it but the employees had no idea. This was roughly a year ago. Before the whole covid pandemic. Overall the food did not meet our expectations. The issue that sticks to mind was we ordered our pizza with double pineapple. It was hardly double pineapple. I did a survey and the manager was quick to respond and to rectify things. Offer to send us a coupon to vet everything on our order free on another order. This was very satisfying and I was impressed. It never came in the mail like he said. We decided to order again, this time things were better, still not enough pineapple on the hawaiin which was again extra pineapple. This time got wings. They were horrible, very low quality meat. Did another survey, this time pointing out that I understand the meat quality is not the stores fault. I won't fault them for that. Again the manger called the next day and left a message. I called back many times. At least 7 or 8 leaving my information for him to call back and never heard anything back. So it has been decided if we order dominoes again, it'll be from another location. The first order I was very happy with the resolution and very disappointed there was no follow through. Three second order I really didn't expect anything except to express that when someone ordered extra of a topping, it should look legitimately like double toppings. Sadly we eat a lot of pizza and other places are getting...
Read morePlaced an order on their app for a pizza, cheese bread, drink, and 20% tip for their driver. Wanted to add ranch for my cheese bread and their app hadn’t an option to edit my order so I called first thing so the driver could include one with cheese and peppers.
Couldn’t even get to the cheese and peppers before Courtland the Ranch Keeper and his Lord Francisco the Ranch Holder refused without me paying $1.37. Couldn’t believe my order for 2 items couldn’t include one sauce, I asked Courtland to take that from the $4 tip I’d left for the driver. They both told me they could not do this and that I could have my order refunded and place it again. Couldn’t believe these two thought provoking and successful business men would refund a $20 pizza order with 20% tip for an overpriced ranch.
I run a business of my own I could never imagine losing a whole sale over a dollar but I’m not as bright as these two I guess. So I canceled and refunded my order. My interactions with both these employees was plain and unpleasant. Nothing to cry home over but nothing memorable either. I’m assuming this is the way at this dominos. Whatever works for them I refuse to do business with such a cheap and poorly ran operation. To each their own.
I’d stay far away if I were anyone looking for a good pizza. My recommendation if you’re in need in Kennewick would probably be anywhere else. Chuck E...
Read moreThe staff was great especially the cashier. Which is quite confusing considering their general manager spent more time verbally abusing them and throwing stuff around than actually working, In front of me, the customer not to mention. This is the poorest managing I have ever seen in my life, thankfully everyone seemed to know what they were doing, no thanks to the GM. I will call whoever I need to get rid of him and give those employees a sane, reasonable, smart leader. His treatment towards employees can't be legal, and no decent franchise owner would keep someone like that employed. I'm talking to you Mr. Tim Hines, I know your general managers and quite a few of your employees as well, including those from Clearwater. If you don't take action I will. And I mean full blown boycotting and protest. Hundreds of people blocking that tiny parking lot, Business will plummet. Especially since you'll likely lose most of your trained employees in the process. Jeff is not fit to be a manager, and not fit to work in a public setting at all. Tillman from Richland I have met and think he is an effective leader, I have seen him get mad, but it wasn't even an eighth as bad as I've seen Jeff get...
