Fec's Place — Restaurant in Kenosha

I am a regular here and have never felt unsafe in this bar until an encounter with the door guy tonight. We came around 845 and everything was fine and normal he checked our ids and there was a pool torn going and we had come for ping pong and sat at the bar for about 45 before heading out to COME BACK when it was over. We come back at 10 when the door guy waved us over saying the pool was over. We are playing and it's fine and normal and fun. He comes in and is like " which of you 2 lives at xxxxx" and we looked at him confused andi said " do you mean xx?" Cuz the adresss he said was 1 over from mine . And he says the full adress again and points between me and my friend who says " i live on xx ave" and he repeated the address again and was like " oh ya i used to own that house ahhaha" and went about walking to the other side.. We immediately grabbed our stuff and left, and i wanted to QUICKLY collect my id from the bar tender. I've never felt unsafe having a bouncer see my id because reading an adress is technically part ofbhis job but id never think hes say it outloud let alone talk about the house. It wasn't my adress but QUITE close to mine, literally 1 number off , so i was very scared an concerned with not just how casually he asked but also asking at a full volume. Which either tells me that someone else in the bar is now in a potential risk, OR he read my adress and got the number wrong. I've NEVER had an issue like this here before and wont be coming back for a while...he was not the usual guy i run into when i go...

Service is horrible, bar tenders are openly racist, and bouncers instigate issues rather than deescalate them. Crows is immature and employees are even worse. Owner enables wrong behavior so nothing ever gets punished, including lying to police to get people they don’t like arrested. Plenty of other bars in the area that are more worth your time and don’t have the HS gossip issues that fecs does.

PS- after reading other reviews it seems as if this is common knowledge and other people have had the same issues. It’s a shame because it used to...

This was my second time here and Michael took care of us the 1st. He did a great job but today Christine took care of me. I asked for a drink and she gave it to me, then I asked her for 2 more drinks for my friends. We waited and waited and she was serving other people. Micheal came and asked if we were good I said “she took our order” he said ok I will ask. He asked her if she made our drinks and she straight up said no. She just ignored us.
