KFC — Restaurant in Kent

HEALTH AND SAFETY RISK! This store is not a safe place to go and the health and safety department needs to have a chat with your employees because I am appalled. I have NEVER had such a poor and DISGUSTING experience. These people do not know how to work in the food industry and should have their licenses revoked and be shut down. So here is why I say this. We order our food and get to the window to pay and we do then they give us the drinks and I notice there’s no ice so I ask hey is ice an option by chance and they say no which is fine but at least tell me I’m not getting ice when I order a drink because I wouldn’t have ordered a drink if that were communicated to me. Next we get our food and we leave and we get about half way to where we are going and realize we don’t have a receipt. We’re on a business trip and need a receipt for every dime we spend as it’s not our money we are spending. So we get back and I ask for the receipt and the worker goes no we threw it away. So then I proceed to tell them I understand they threw it away but I was never given an option to have my receipt to begin with he didn’t give it back to me with my card like what should have happened from the get go. Anyway I ask for them to reprint my receipt as I need it for business purposes and it was a necessity for me. He again tells me no it’s in the trash and we don’t have the ability to reprint sorry. At this point I’m pissed because it’s literally their job to give me a receipt when I pay for something and they are now speaking very aggressively to me. THEN THE GUY GOES TO THE TRASH CAN AND DIGS FOR THE RECEIPT HE THREW AWAY AND PROCEEDS TO FREAKING HAND ME A RECEIPT OUT OF THE GARBAGE CAN WHERE IT CAN GET CONTAMINATED WITH SOME REALLY BAD BACTERIA. I refused it and demanded a fresh receipt as this is just a joke you work at a place that serves food, CHICKEN at that, that can cause SALMONELLA, and this guy just tried to give me trash. He made me pull around and park while he took another order and I didn’t see any gloves and nobody cares to wash their hands after digging in the garbage and proceeded to get the next persons order ready. DISGUSTING AND UNSANITARY. Then as we’re parked here for 10+ minutes I see the guys inside laughing while talking on the phone and shortly after that TWO MORE GUYS CAME UP TO THE LOCKED DOOR GLARING AT US BUT ALSO LAUGHING AND THE OTHER TWO GUYS LET THEM IN. I seriously thought these guys were going to jump me and I was scared tbh. While they are inside having a great time while I’m waiting for just a simple receipt reprint, I called the next kfc down the road and they have the same systems and have the ability to reprint them with just a couple buttons. So eventually one guy comes out with a new receipt (looks like you sure CAN reprint even at this location) and I take it but low and behold the nasty partially wet and greasy receipt this guy took from the trash is stapled to it. You are a restaurant! Serving food! This is seriously UNACCEPTABLE IN EVERY WAY! At this point KFC needs to refund my entire order because of the time and gas money that I had to waste because your employees can’t simply give me a clean receipt not to mention the health risks involved in this situation. I will never be back to this place and I really hope these boys are dealt with because they have no place in the food service industry. update it is now morning and we have been feeling very sick today after eating our meal last night and realizing it was pink inside and undercooked. Looked up health inspection records and it seems you have a recurring issue with improper refrigeration and hand washing station not to mention half the reviews you have here state the chicken is raw!! For literal years this has been an issue! You are making people sick it’s time to change SOMETHING for the better...

I went to KFC#E720484 in Kent, Washington 10414 SE 260th Street on Friday 4/29/22 not long after they opened at 10:36am and ordered 3 piece Meal Original White meat and this is what the 2 breast look like, the photo on the left is a side view, I ordered take out and when I arrived home to eat I noticed that both breast had been cut most of the meat I guess to make strips for someone else’s order or to make a chicken sandwich for a different order so I called and spoke to Assistant manager Lucus G. He pretended like he didn’t know what I was talking about, I told him I would bring it back to the store so that he could see with his own eyes, when I arrived he wanted me to instead speak with Chris the manager, Chris said that the chicken was the way it should be, after around 10 minutes of discussing this awful looking chicken with half of the meat cut away I decided to contact KFC Corporate Office to complain and let them know my terrible experience with this location, This is not the first time I have got all the way home with my order from this same location just to be disappointed and upset about the service I received from KFC! I ordered food last night we got the 16 piece meal, ordered 2 pot pies, the spicy chicken sandwich and 6 piece of the Louisiana chicken. When i went to the drive through the guy wasnt paying attention dropped my change 1st and formost took a few minutes to say dont worry about after i put my car in park, pulled the emergency break and took my seat belt off and was about to open my door to get. When i got home the gravy was all over inside the bag and they didn't give us the 6 piece Louisiana. Called today and spoke with Alex and asked if they could give us a gift card in the mail. We dont live any where close to the KFC i specifically drove there. He said no. I could come to him and he would write my name down and I can get the food. I said i dont live near by and roght now gas is super expensive i would rather have a card. He told me to bring all the food back and he would give me the money back as he continued to have an attitute i said this is not customer service and he hung up on me. We spent $81.22. I just want to be remembered for the money spent and the service we received. I will not be returning back...
