If I could give this place a minus rating i would. The kids and i wanted a snack and drinks so we stopped in. It wasnt busy so we went inside. Upon seeing a employee loudly listening to rap music at a table we decided to get our order to go. There was one other customer there. We ordered a few large fries and drinks and stood waiting. The guy who took our order spilled chocolate for the sundae dipper all over his bare hands as he tried to pour it in its container. No gloves. There were old cold burnt fries, which we got given but not until it took them 10 minutes to make 2 sausage mcmuffins for us. The guy listening to loud music made fun of the bare handed guy who got chocolate everywhere. There were at least 7 employees in the food area doing nothing. The guy making our sandwiches had a full head of hair(small fro) , no hat, and was sagging his pants below his butt. Gross. The lady next to the fries stocked items near the floor then went about working after touching many things without a hand wash. Gross. This place was ghetto! Go to burger king, theres no way its that bad there. After we got burnt fries and after sewing the lack of hygenine we threw the bag away and ate at home. How could not one of your employees know about hygeine, safety, clenliness, etc. Get it together! Not even McDonald's in any hood is ever this bad. No gloves, hats, hair nets, hand washing, feshly made food...... Shame on you guys. I would have fired you all because obviously you dont need a paycheck to hang out...
Read moreToday, after picking up my son from school and also having my daughter with me, I had to go to work for an emergency issue that needed to be fixed. I stopped at this McDonald's and nobody in the drive thru. I waited and waited and another car went into the other lane and was helped right away, so I wasn't already happy. I ordered what I had though was there new spicy chicken sandwich and two happy meals. I told them my displeasure while paying and ignored. She didn't even say anything.
I recieved my food and as I was leaving, I noticed that my chicken sandwich was not the correct chicken sandwich, it was a McCracken. So I go back to the drive-thru and they told me to 2nd window. Then the fun began, the car in front of me took forever while the person taking the money talked, talked, talked to the car while holding their money. This must have lasted 5 minutes, long enough the car behind me left. Finally I get up to the 2nd window and I told them they didn't give the correct sandwich and she, who must have been the Manager on duty, says well you didn't say "crispy" spicy chicken sandwich. She said it like I should have known the difference, then turns her back on me and walks away, comes back and said that it would be another $2.50, which I paid without issue.
While waiting, I realized my kids happy meals was also missing both their apple slices, which they also gave to me.

Read moreI made my order via drive thru and another car pulled up on the ordering station next to us. I pulled up to the first window, paid, the cashier was friendly and had no issues there. I pull up to the second window and the girl at the window gave us our drinks and then closed the window and went back into the kitchen area. I looked in to see of she was coming after a minute and I see the manager standing around with three to four other employees talking. They looked at me and then looked back at each other then looked at me again and told the girl helping me, a short white girl, to tell me that they were waiting on the nuggets and to go to the 1st parking stall. I thought okay they'll be out quick and I can go...I was wrong. The car behind me pulled up to the 2nd stall and the gentleman went inside and came back with his order. I still waited a couple minutes and after about 10 minutes of waiting I went inside to see them playing around and my order not yet filled yet they were filling other orders. I asked a girl with middle eastern features if my order was done and the manager just looked over and didn't acknowledge me at all. My order was wrong and the manager was rude and mumbled something when the girl helping me to her that I has asked for the district managers number. She pointed out the number at the top of the receipt which is the office number and was disconnected when I called...
