This is for the location off of PAC next to a Petco and Fred Meyer. We came to this Wendy's today maybe a half hour ago when there was no one in line at the drive through, so we came up and looked at the menu. The girl at the drive thru said "just order when you're ready" and we said okay. No hello or anything, which was off-putting. We ordered our food and just because she didn't understand what we were saying, she didn't even ask what size I wanted for my drink. Didn't care, even if she was kind of rude at the beginning we figured we could just ask at the window. We finished our order and drive to the 2nd window. We ask her to change our drink size and she gives this look on her face of being annoyed because we asked her to change the drink size. Then we got our food, I checked the bag because we have had issues of missing food in the past. We were good to go. We got home and our hamburgers were toppled over, literally only 1 pickle in 2 of our burgers, and just sloppily put together. We weren't even being rude to the people working, and with us working in customer service, we were trying to be understanding but this was unacceptably bad. I am not impressed with the quality of the customer service, the way the food was put together, or just the general impression of this location. Read moreI'm so mad about this stop! This Wendy's location had it posted on Facebook this morning for $1.99 kid meals, so we stopped. The woman kept telling us no even though we showed her the post. She finally said ok she just had not been told, but of course we had already ordered a bunch of other stuff, so she said to tell them next time, yeah right. We were looking at the receipt while waiting and she had only input one 4 for $4 deal we kept trying to tell her, but she wasn't listening, but the other woman heard us & came over to help. We had a definite communication problem/language barrier. She took more money & still wasn't listening. They started handing us the food & rushed us out. We stopped in parking lot to eat. The whole order was wrong & we were way overcharged! What's both frustrating & sad is we couldn't do anything about it because of the language barrier! We ate the food which was all made wrong & the value items we were charged almost double for each item. We stopped at this location in particular because of the kids & the deal, and the Wendy's on 320th in Federal Way has such rude workers that we don't go there anymore. So if you stop at this location in Kent on Pacific Highway by Fred Meyer you have to go in to make sure you get what you want be it step by step or syllable by syllable & watch the prices! Read moreWorst Wendy's experience ever! When I pulled up to order, I waited about 2 minutes before I was spoken to. Then when I attempted to order a strawberry fanta, the gentleman told me they don't have those kind of machines. I asked him what kinds of soda do they have and he told me only regular soda. I paused and then said okay I guess I'll have a regular soda if that's all you have. I asked the lady at the pickup window if all they had was coke because that's what she had given me and she said no they have all types of regular sodas. I was totally confused and told the lady okay the guy who took my order told me you only had regular soda and I don't drink Coke and she just closed the window and went about her business. She then came back to the window and gave me my food and while I was asking for ketchup she just continued closing the window on me once again. I looked in my bags to find my receipt so I could contact them and to no surprise I had no receipt in my bag so no proof that I made an order so no purpose on calling to make a complaint as I don't know the employees names and I don't have a proof of purchase.
