This place is about as unassuming as can get when driving down 28th st. And I’ll admit I drove past it hundreds of times before ever stopping in. But once I stopped and grabbed a few donuts I’ve been hooked. It’s a small family run joint, and you can see the pride and love everyone puts into their work. The everyday smiles on their faces seem to be true smiles, and I always feel good just walking in the door. The donuts are good (better than any chain by far) and the prices are reasonable (picking up a dozen for me and the misses is much easier than nit-picking half a dozen). If a place can do a good glazed ring, you know they're legit. And they don't disappoint on their other offerings either. Their custard long johns are great, and their cake donuts are fantastic across the board (special shout-out to the blueberry cake donut). Service is great, and they have a full coffee shop and ice cream shop to boot. No matter what you're looking for, I doubt you'll be disappointed. As they sell out of a flavor however, they really do sell out. They only make what they think they can sell, so if you want something specific try going a bit...

That said, it is a small wonder that Cindy's Donuts supports candidates who advocate...
