Bambu Dessert Drinks — Restaurant in Kentwood

This got to be the best place on earth to have some desserts, and I am very serious with that statement. My wife have bought me: che 3 mau, xinh xao hat luu, che dac biet, nuoc dừa hột é, bánh waffles, and a few others drinks and desserts, and ALL, I mean All were amazing, tasty, and so delicious. We can proudly and highly, and definitely recommend this place if you are in town. The staffs are beautiful, friendly while professional and be able to guid you thru process of ordering and recommending. We appreciate for their diligence and service which make our drinks (chè) taste even better! When denying to pay tip for takeout, the lady started yelling and afterwards added a dollar without permission. Felt terrifying and like she was trying to belittle me. Been here before and never had this problem but the lady today was different and ruined my experience. At the end of the day there is no reason to yell at a customer. What makes it worse is this is actually my mom’s experience she told me after she went to get it. My mom speaks broken English so she was actually terrified and a store that does that...

I LOVE this place! Although it’s really a hit or miss with their drinks, I would stick to their milk teas and yogurt drinks. The boba is sweet and soft, the best you’re probably ever going to have! As well as the macarons, perfect. Service can be really slow when it’s busy too, but workers aren’t rude nor overly friendly. Atmosphere is great and pleasant, sometimes humid. I’m giving this a 4 stars despite it because their drinks are too good to pass up.
