I don’t recommend purchasing a phone there. They’re scammers they tell you what you want to hear. After I got my phone in the mail, I actually went to the AT&T store I wanted to confirm if everything what they told me was right how much am I gonna pay a month and they confirmed to me that everything they told me it was actually a lie. They told me that I was going to pay $67 with the original price was actually $130 so I told him that I didn’t want the phone so they told me to go back to Sam’s Club to return the phone back and I did and the people were there were so rude. They really didn’t want to help me. They told me to call this number didn’t give me good instructions. It was a big hassle and after I went to the store again to try to figure something out to turn my old phone on , they told me that they put my wrong information they didn’t put my right address or my security number . For two weeks I didn’t have a phone. What can I do? I didn’t have a extra phone or anything. The only way I can fix everything is by me have an extra phone so I had to ask my sister to let me borrow her extra phone, that’s the only way I could cancel my service number and my house address I had to go to the actual carpet store AT&T I would never purchase a phone from a store that is not actually the actual store never at Walmart or Sam’s Club or any place that’s not actual the...
Read moreExtremely Disappointing Experience at Sam's Club!
I have noticed a recurring issue at my local Sam's Club, and it's incredibly frustrating. Every time I visit, the shelves are stocked with products that are either going to expire the very next day or within the next couple of months. When I asked a worker why this is happening, I was told that it’s Sam's Club policy to start putting items on the shelf only a week before their expiration date. This means they're essentially storing food until it’s almost expired and then putting it out with no consideration for customers' health or satisfaction.
To make matters worse, these items are not discounted or marked down at all, despite being close to expiration. Sure, they have a return policy, but I shouldn't have to worry about purchasing something that might spoil soon after I buy it. I’m not interested in going through the hassle of returning items, and I definitely don't want to risk eating food that’s on the brink of being unsafe. Food that’s nearing expiration is often loaded with preservatives and chemicals, which ultimately affects the quality and safety of the product.
Why would I continue shopping at a place where the food is already about to expire? It's very disappointing to see Sam’s Club treating their customers this way. I won’t be returning...
Read moreI’ve held back from writing a bad review for a while but at this point I’m just frustrated with this location. The staff is rude half the time as if it’s our fault they work there. Today specifically I called ahead and verified twice that I could manually enter my card since my strip stopped working yesterday. Once I got up there with a cart full of groceries I was told I couldn’t. I explained I called ahead and asked for a manager. The manager was incredibly unprofessional. She made me walk up to her at another lane instead of coming over to me and trying to solve the issue. I explained that one of her employees told me I could do this and she just shook her head and said no we can’t. Not one apology from her. No compassion or even coming over to the register to problem solve it. It was busy but not my fault they told me I could come in TWICE and manually enter my card. The cashier girl was very nice and apologized but for management to act like towards customers?? And customers who pay to be members at your store? I don’t know her name but she’s an older blonde lady and she’s mannerless to say the least. She needs to find another job since she seems miserable and nasty to...
