Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Kernersville

I’ve always loved this location. It’s our only one near me in Kernersville. There was about a 6 month period that I was getting undercooked pizza. Then we started ordering the thin crust and it seemed to be cooked better. One day I went in and while I was waiting on my order I was standing by the door and saw the guy they had that retrieved the pizzas from the oven pull them out before they were done. Even though it was kind of busy, I stopped going for a while because I was upset with the pizza being under cooked. I just started back ordering recently and the times I’ve went, I’ve noticed new workers. I’ve had better pizza and crazy bread these past few times I hope they keep doing what they do. Today I was greeted by a sweet employee. I ordered the thin crust today with crazy bread. As of today 10/10 is my rating. I hope they are back to being the little Caesars that I know. The store hours online show that the store is open from 11AM to 10PM, M-F. I arrived at 2:35 & saw a sign that said they will open at 3:00. While that was inconvenient, I decided I had enough time to wait, to which I did. 3:00 came around to which me and 3 other customers got off and waited at the door. 15 minutes later, the door was still closed and the employees in the back did not bother to come up front and at least give an explanation of why the store was still not open. They were on their phones instead. Who knows what time the store actually ended up opening, as I did not stick around to find out. This was a complete waste of time and there’s certain location indefinitely lost my business continuing forward. Do not recommend. Don't go there because I went Friday 12.22/23 and to see to it their rating was B bit I already ordered so there was nothing could do. Was told it would be 15 to 20 mins because they were so busy. I was like ok that is reasonable. Well an hour later after several times asking where my one pizza was at they kept saying it is being made but the when the manager came out and come to find out what I ordered, my one pizza mind you the sign said that they would have them hot and ready from 4 til 8 daily. Come to find out that my one pizza has not even been made yet. It was funny after the manager made it herself it was done in 5 minutes. There was people that ordered after us that got their pizza and one lady that ordered right before me her pizza was not even made.
