The McDonald's on Union Cross road has officially earned. The Worst McDonald's Award in Kernersville N.C. and with the help of management you were able too do this after being open for only one year,has this ever been done,in such a very short period of time. Congrulations from your daily LOYAL customers. Burgers are always dry.fries sometimes there hot.but most of the time there Luke warm.This location and hwy 66 are different as night and day.You will be greeted upon entry at hwy 66, go inside the Union Cross,you have to wait to be waited on. and the managers don't care,They will kindly just replace the entire order with a smile over and over and over again.Try just for once to get customers orders right,or just at least think about trying to get it right...........If you have been going to McDonald's since you were a kid, and you really like them.stop by the Union Cross McDonald's, place your order, get your food,taste it,and write a review, see if you still feel the same way about McDonald's.customer service is terrible,I would take back the one star which this location has not earned.But the one star is because this resturant is extremely clean inside and outside.Even though its only one year old,It is extremely clean.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,it's not the employees fault,it is a sign of very poor manangement.after reading reviews,its obvious this location needs some help.Is it possible to send management to hwy 66 or main street for, them to be properly trained.If you choose to dine in add 4-5 more minutes. Read moreThis McDonald's on Jag Branch rd became my new go to since the McDonald's on heartland drive has gotten so bad. There's 2 Mexican women that manage the heartland drive store and they both are rude as HELL.. they barely understand English. They have an attitude if you bring your food to the counter if it's made wrong. After Tasha left, the place went down the tube's. She was the best manager they had. So I started going this one on jag branch. Well, one of the Mexican women was transferred over to this McDonald's and she's still rude as HELL. I don't see how corporate can hire and keep people like this in their restaurants. Also, they price gouge you. If you want to order water on the kiosk it will say out of order. But the water fountain works fine. So if you want water, you have to pay 1.49 ( fountain soda price) to get a cup for water. Heartland drive you can order it and it's like 15 cents for small, 20 for medium and 25 for large. McDonald's in Oak ridge, water is FREE!! Which is how it should be. The McDonald's on Heartland also charges extra if you want onions on the hamburgers that normally come with onions. Be careful with that McDonald's, they are thieves. Someone came in that McDonald's and just asked for a water cup.. the Mexican manager made them pay 20 cents in order to get a cup. Ridiculous!!! Dont get me wrong, i dont have anything against Mexicans, its just them 2 ladies. The only good McDonald's in kernersville is the one on main st. Other then that, I will drive to oak ridge. Read moreI have been eating at McDonald's for 40 years and I found something very disappointing as a multi billion dollar company why would you not invest in people which is who makes you who you are today replaced by a computer ordering device that takes no cash, well I'm old school but I do know retail and observed people, well the 3-5 minutes I spent ordering in there I observed 3 other elderly guests that turned in and walked right back out because people want to feel like they mean something to an establishment where they spend their hard earned money. I'm not a smart man but let's see you have 40k plus restaurants in the world roughly....myself seen 3 walk out in a little small town McDonald's so that's to me alot of business loss where these people have been probably eating there 60 plus years of their lives. It's people on the front lines of your company that make the difference, people want to see a smiling face not a computer device.
