Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kerrville

Terrible terrible terrible! Worst Domino's ever! So, I am from Houston and came here because of the hurricane. This place does not honor Domino's coupons online or in store. I tried to place this order for the exact same pizzas that are always 6.99 everywhere else but HERE they are $10+. I tried to get the pizzas down to 6.99 and could only get them down to $7.49 if I got thin crust. I called and was told by the manager on duty, "Alec Holden", that he didn't have authorization to change the price for every customer that "was not happy and thats the price that pulls up." He proceeded to say that they up charge for changing the sauce, upcharge for cheese (even though it's a topping) and apparently also upcharge for their standard crust. This place, is a disgrace and doesn't honor the coupons. Beware as they are ripping people off!

Update: I emailed Dominos to complain and got an email back a couple weeks later (I was there because of hurricane Barrel and mentioned that) apologizing for the incident and offering me a free pizza only good at their location and I think it even said that the offer was only good for like a week. How does it take 40minutes to make a single Italian Sandwich? Placing an order for a single sandwich at 4:31pm and not getting it for 40 minutes is not a good way to run this business. I even helped by picking up in store, but the staff of 5 was totally overwhelmed by their current order backlog. Which makes me question... why does your Pizza Tracker tell me it will take 11-16 minutes for my food when obviously it wasn't remotely close to that timing?

I only got my sandwich in 40 minutes because I walked into the store to see if the Pizza Tracker was broken and they told me they were backed up, but I explained I was already waiting past time and they bumped my sandwich up a couple orders... Also, it's an Italian sandwich, how long does it take to make? How much space does it take up in your massive ovens? Why does none of your staff seem happy? Why does staff not know that putting banana peppers with partial stems on the pieces is not a tasty bite of a sandwich? Why was there no functioning AC in your store? Why was I not at least offered a discount or even a drink for my inconvenience and having to wait 3-4x longer than the expectation set by your own...

Honestly, we haven’t really had Domino’s pizza since the 80’s. We’ve always been loyal Pizza Hut fans. After a disastrous experience with Kerrville Pizza Hut we decided to give Domino’s a try & were very pleased. The online ordering system was pretty quick & easy. Our same order as we would’ve gotten from Pizza Hut plus a huge salad (Pizza Hut doesn’t have salad) was about half the cost of Pizza Hut. Our order arrived on time, and was 100% complete & correct. The pizza & cinnamon sticks were hot & delicious. The salad was enough for 2-3 people & was very fresh & packaged nicely. Everyone was very pleased! The only minor criticism I have to offer is we didn’t receive any of the little packets of Parmesan or crushed red pepper (not sure if Domino’s has these but we usually get them from any other pizza place.) I didn’t see a way to request them on the online order site. Also our daughter always wants extra pizza sauce or marinara on the side for dipping but the only dipping sauce choices we saw was ranch or garlic butter. Overall a very good experience!!...
